Then again the falna broke that rule to begin with by allowing adventurers to keep growing stronger till they were well past their races natural limits. Whatever the case it was unlikely that my race would change again since my cursed and divine sides were at a balance. I could be considered a perfect hybrid of the two if anything. Once my preparations were complete I didn't stall and found Hestia waiting nervously in the chapel. I produced the healing coffin and raised the barrier around us before laying on my stomach with my back exposed to her.-
She carefully straddled my lower back and a drop of warmth hit my back before a blast of light erupted from my falna as the update began. An intense heat rolled through my body as the stats sky rocketed and all clicked into their maximum places.-
"Level up?" she asked me trying hard not to let her shock seep into her voice.
"Yes." I said without hesitation.
There came the ever familiar sense of expansion and shifting as the level up started and she told me what DS's I had this time. there was only a single new one in the form of [Archon] that I was pretty sure was referencing my divine fusion with the hellfire aspect of my powers. -
I took [Fallen] this time however as it was not one I fully understood. The level up finished with and intense rattling surge of my cursed energy as I felt a weight I hadn't known I was bearing release me.

"It's.. not bad?" Hestia breathed with a relieved but confused tone.
She got off me and I turned around in the healing coffin to grab the paper she'd copied my status on. Indeed like she said my status hadn't actually change a large amount with most of it being the same. There were a few changes that stood out to me though. The first was naturally my hellfire techniques change of description. It was no longer labeled as my secondary technique but as an embodiment.-
The second was the description that basically confirmed that my flames were truly the flames of hell now. Interestingly though the RCT was the same and the domain expansion was also the same. The next change was my [Blessing of black] skill becoming [Authority of black] with a great increase to my efficiency, amount and control of cursed energy. The starting point of my levels for magic was also up one rank from G to F.-
This change was like because of my my technique reaching a divine level so naturally a "blessing" was no longer suitable. The next note worthy change was the swapped "first" in [First of the Fallen] with "lord". I was apparently promoted to nobility in my own race, like high elves in the elven race, a sort of subspecies on a higher level. The only change to the description was that rather than strengthening my soul over time the skill now sublimates it, moving it closer to divinity.-
Finally the skill also gave me a doozy of an extra skill in the form of [Infernal command]. The skill that according to it's description let me more or less compulsion mind fuck anyone with a sinful soul or straight up command anything of infernal nature. This was definitely one of those nobility class skills that were all about ones place in the order of things. All in all the changes were both major and barely noticeable at the same time. Honestly it was no wonder Hestia was so confused about it with the nature of the step I had taken in the dungeon.-
As for leveling sickness I didn't feel it at all. I wasn't going to risk it and leave the coffin for a few days at least but I didn't feel like I would fall apart if I did. Not that it really mattered since I had nothing better to do anyways. My new materials to play with weren't going anywhere and with the raising of my level and the ranks of my DS's I was fairly certain I could finally use draconite with some degree of ease now.
