What in the hell is this! So this is why I've been able to remember things so easily and also why I don't go into mind down. And wait, does this mean I'm immune to Freya?
From the wording not completely, It seems she could still probably charm me into being obsessed with her but, she can't manipulate my memories so I can still break free of it.
Well, at least it's something, can't really complain about that.
The truly interesting part is the perfect recall and congenital type Magic creation and bestowal. Does that mean I can create Magic from other series and use them in this one?
Also chant empowerment though it doesn't go into detail about what it does, based on context clues and what I can feel perhaps I can do some cool chants to empower and create techniques.

My mind dropped to below half in an instant and I coughed out. Well at least I know it works. Not sure why I thought world cutting slash was the first I was gonna try.
Nah, I know exactly why. Because it's cool.
"What the hell were you just trying to do anyway." Loki asked curiously
Coughing into my hand to clear my throat "Ahem! I was trying to replicate a spell I'd seen before but, it was a little too advanced for me right now."
Though I wonder why it was going to work at all in the first place, Destruction incarnate makes it so I can't use other types of magic attacks.
Hmmm
Maybe it's the power of destruction? Due to its unique nature as specifically a type of energy that can be shaped perhaps it was going to be shaped and used as a conduit to replicate what world cutting slash does.
If this is the case though while good it's still not that useful, like if I were to use a fire spell it would make it look like fire but it can't really act like fire, that's just not the nature of the power.
The only reason it would work with WCS is because it's just a slash with special effects.
Though I clearly won't be using it anytime soon, just saying the chant, not even focusing any mind into it ate up half of it. Perhaps when I'm level 3?
Talking about the Power of destruction though it's exactly what I theorized it was, PoD from highschool DxD.

Loki slapped my back "What was that for!?" I said in surprise
"You know if you weren't immune to Ignis Fatuus both of us would likely be dead right? A simple punishment." She said while also getting up from her position behind.
"Sorry.." I could've single handedly ruined the entire future, entirely by accident.
Speaking of the future, I realized that telling Bell about familia's could have prevented him from meeting Hestia. And while I'm certain he would be fine and would grow strong either way, he was destined for it after all. I quite liked Hestia so I didn't want her to end up lonely after being kicked out by Hephaestus.
To alleviate this, before Bell and I went our separate ways, I'd told him to look for a Goddess named Hestia. I used the logic that she's a guaranteed join for him to accept.
"Get your clothes back on, let's introduce you to the familia." She said bluntly.
I swiftly button up my shirt but left off my jacket. I folded it a placed in on top of my suitcase. I'm obviously not gonna carry it around when I can just come back and get it.
Stepping through the opened office door with Loki we walk back to the lounge where the others were still hanging out.
The first thing we see though is Bete throwing a chair a Gareth
"There's no you did cheat you muscle-bound muppet!"
"Who you calling a muppet yah Mutt!"
They both stood eyeing each other. There's no way they were about to throw down over a game of cards.
The air was tense and the expressions of the others showed this clearly wasn't the first time. Geez what a riot these guys are.
"Attention, everyone!" Loki called out
Erasing the tension in the room almost instantly.
"I'd like you all to welcome our latest and most interesting familia member in quite a while." She said while looking over at Ais at the last part.
Bete scoffed "tch, what could possibly be so interesting about a level 1 weakling."
"Oh that's something you'll have to find out on your own Bety." Loki said mischievously
Woohoo, he's definitely gonna come bother me later.
"My name is Camellia Cindel, and I'll be with you from now on." I said with a short bow
They cheered and went back to their game. Kind of underwhelming but I don't really mind.
Looking for an empty seat I spot one on the couch, presumably the spot Loki left, as it was right next to Riveria.
She's the main person I want to talk to, I want to test this skill out and I'm sure she'd want to obtain new magic.
Taking the empty seat I take the initiative "You're miss Riveria Ljos Alf, right? The one known as the Nine Hell and the strongest magic user in Orario."
Her head turned to me in this most comically slow manner I've ever seen "Those are indeed things I'm called." She clearly hasn't seen someone glaze her like that in one breath.
She doesn't know, but I was once called the queen of glaze and agendas by my friends on Earth. Have you ever agenda posted with your life in the line?
A cheeky smile spread across my lips "If you could get another magic how far would you go?"
"First of all I would question them on how they could get around the slot limit of the falna. Then I'd do everything in my power to get my hands on, though this depends on the usefulness of the spell." She said coolly

"Through my skill of course." I say, taking her first statement as if were a question
"My skill allows me to replicate, create, and bestow any magic spell I've ever seen or thought of." Her eyes widen in shock, even those who were distracted by the game they were playing looked over in shock.
"…Are you serious?" Riveria said, her shock emanating throughout the entire room. The once loud room was now as quiet as a mouse.
Nodding in confirmation I continued "You can even asked Goddess Loki if you must."
Loki had went off somewhere, no idea where so they couldn't ask immediately but since I responded so confidently they didn't see a reason to doubt me.
"Even Lefiya's Elf ring isn't that insane" Gareth said, stress evident in his voice.
I think I just spiked his blood pressure.
"There is one issue though, my other skill prevents me from using any magic outside a specific category, making most magic completely unusable for me." I say casually.
"Huh? Doesn't that make the skill useless then? I knew you'd be useless." Bete said with a smirk.
Looking over to him I replied "Are those big ears just for show, or do you just not have a brain?" I say without a flinch
"The hell you just say!" Bette growled out
"…Bestowal, you said you could also bestow magic onto others" Riveria said, having already regained her cool.
Winking at her I say "Exactly, and who else to bestow to than the Nine Hell herself."
"But what magic could you have even seen? You just joined the familia." Lefiya said Doubtfully
Smiling I replied "How about I just show you?"

With a parade behind us, Riveria led me to the training grounds, which was basically just the backyard of the familia building. It's a decently large field with training dummies spread across it.
Kind of barebones but not really sure what I was expecting, they likely don't use it much and instead train and test things in the dungeon.
Now what should I use, with my current mind I can't use anything too extravagant or complicated. From what I understand so far I can only replicate spells that have some sort of chant or word of power.
Oh! I know exactly what to use. A spell that's useful but not too extravagant or too energy consuming.
"I'll use one of the more simple but useful spells, with my current amount of mind, I can't use the more complicated ones I have." I say while looking at the group.
I wonder what Loki's expression is gonna be like when she heads back to the lounge and see everyone gone.
Honestly I probably should've just asked to speak with Riveria privately but meh. This is more ego boosting anyway.
Walking forward I line myself up with one of the several dummies on the field and raise my hand.
At my palm a red magic circle formed. From it a faint glow slowly began to grow stronger until…
"Zoltraak"
Zoltraak, a spell from the Frieren world. It's basically just a really fast beam of mana that's really good at piercing through things. So good at piercing through things that after the creator of it was defeated, humans studied the spell for a hundred years and made defensive magic against it and fully incorporated it into their magic system.
From my magic circle, a pure red beam of pure destructive energy ripped forward, it traveled the 25 meter distance in less than a second, blasting a whole clean through the dummy.
Damn my aim is good, I hit exact center of mass.
Turning to look at the crew I asked "So, what do you think?"
"It's a impressive spell, it's fast and powerful. However its range of influence is limited to one thing at a time." Riveria said, completely analyzing the spell.
Umu, very good analysis "Yep, very good analysis from the best mage in Orario. However, there's one thing you overlooked."
Turning by to the field, I started blasting
"Zoltraak" "Zoltraak" "Zoltraak"
The first use was just me getting used to the feeling of casting "proper" magic. Now that I have the feeling down casting time is significantly lower.
As I said the name of the spell a red beam blasted forth, striking through the other dummies. Now three more dummies have holes punched through them.
"This is no chant magic, so even though it doesn't have a wide effective range, it can easily be spammed." I said
She nodded in understanding "And you can give something like this to anyone?"
I can see where this is going from a mile away "Yep."
"Uhm, why did it have a magic circle?" Lefiya said
Huh?
"What do you mean?" I asked in confusion
"Magic circles are supposed to only appear when you get the mage development ability" she continued
Oh, completely forgot about that.
"Oh, I didn't know. I just thought it should have one so it did"
Riveria's face shifted, her usual expressionlessness vanished, It was now pure seriousness. Turning to the rest of the familia members behind her she said "You all aren't stupid, so you know what I'm about to say, but I'll say it anyway. This is not to be mentioned to anyone outside of the familia. No, not even to those in the familia, just forget what you've heard and seen today. If this spreads…. You all know the consequences."
Her words rang in the heads of everyone present, of course they knew. If something like this got out it wouldn't just be the Freya familia, it will be every familia in Orario, maybe even some outside would be after my power. No matter how powerful the Loki familia was, it would be them against the world.
It's not like I didn't realize this myself, I simply didn't care. Why? The main reason that other familias are a threat is because of the numbers difference. That difference is meaningless if I bestowed Riveria a spell that creates an immortal army. Depending on the kind, I could even use it myself.
That's for later though.
"Don't forget I can also create spells, I'm sure we'll be able to come up with a solution." I said reassuringly
Smiling I continued "I actually already have an idea for one, want to test it out?"
"While I'd love to, with this reveal you've given me work to do." Riveria replied in a stressed tone.
Of course I'm not gonna pester her, so I instead I turn to Lefiya and Ais "So what about you guys, want to test some juicy magic for me?"
"Oh! Uhm, su-" before Lefiya could finish though she was cut off
"No, not today. You can do all the testing you want tomorrow." Riveria said matter-of-factly
It is getting a bit late. And the spell I was planning to bestow is a bit flashy…. Fine.
"Ugh! Fine, I'll wait." Doesn't mean I have to be happy about it.
She shook her head in exasperation and walked back inside. No wonder she's called the mother of the Loki familia.
Some would question why I even care about having to wait, well it should be obvious because I want to see my favorite magic in person, I want to experience the cool moments I saw on my phone for real.
If you had the ability, wouldn't you also want to?

It's now the next day, and let me tell you the atmosphere isn't much different from what it was yesterday.
Yesterday, when Loki had disappeared she'd gone to first of all, find me a room, then second draft up new familia rules surrounding my ability.
Now that's something I wasn't really expecting, honestly not sure what I was expecting in the first place. That it would just be something the familia moved past while keeping secret…? I consider myself decently smart, but I guess I'm a little dumber than I myself expect.

The rules though aren't too bad, one of them even make my life easier!
Nobody outside of the familia is to know about the skill, no matter what.
New recruits are not to know about it.
You may only be bestowed once if you are a not a mage or haven't had a magic skill before.
An appointment must be made to be bestowed, no one is allowed to pester Camellia for magic otherwise they will be barred from it until further notice.
I didn't even think of bestowing anyone other than those I especially liked like Riveria and Ais, but I guess that would be kind of unfair. These guys are going to be my allies and comrades for the foreseeable future, I don't want there to be any bad blood.
It's not like I mind either.
"How do you bestow magic anyway?"
So now we're holding a meeting with the executives of the familia and a few extra. Talking about…Stuff.
"Haven't gotten to test it yet but from what I can tell, it's kind of like a ritual of sorts." Not really, I actually have no idea. Skills generally don't really tell you how to use them, in most cases skills are passive effects anyway so it's never really important to figure out how to use them.
I'll just make something up on the spot, what could go wrong?
I could see Loki's hand twitch at my lie, But didn't say anything to contradict my statement. I guess she too wants to see what'll happen.
"Does it require materials or anything of the sort?" The captain of the familia, Finn asked
That's something I actually answer with confidence.
"No, it's just something I can do, no outside influence is needed."
"This shit gets more and more convenient the further we talk about it." Gareth said gruffly
"I know right! Aren't I so awesome?" I said exuberantly while puffing up my chest.
"Very amazing" Ais said while clapping in her usual monotone.
See? She gets it.
The others on the other hand still held doubts, I can understand why though. How can something so convenient exist? It just doesn't seem real.
"As they say, seeing is believing. So why don't I just do it? I was told I could do it today anyway." I stated
"Well, you aren't wrong." Finn said with a sigh
He slowly clasped his hands together with his elbows placed on the table "So, who were you thinking of starting with?"
Is this guy really trying to aura farm right now? Pack it up.
"Riveria of course! The spell I had in mind will definitely require a lot of mind, if I were to take a guess it'll require at least a level 3 or higher to use without immediately going mind zero afterwards."
I have something specific I want to give Ais but it's not on the scale I want to show. At least not by itself.
"Haaa, alright, I did say you could test all you want today." Riveria said while standing up
Jumping out of my own chair I rubbed my hands together. How should I do this?
Hehe, having memories of other worlds makes this so fun.
"So what should I do?" The elf princess asked
Tapping my chin as if thinking I replied "Just kneel so I can touch your head"
As she kneeled I prepared myself. Yes, I'll go with that chant.
I place my hand just above her head and started chanting
"For it is through knowledge we achieve competence."
I slowly started to glow a blueish silver color, my mana/mind becoming visible to the eye.
"Through this, we declare our right to strive forth to the source of all possibilities."
Ah, there the red comes. Now it's not only me that's glowing, Riveria's mind began to emanate from her and twist into mine, hers taking on a strange neon green glow.
"With this prayer, I embrace you in my infinite competence."
My mind encompassed hers alongside her body her and pushed. Even though she had far more mind than me, mine seemed to completely overwhelm her own, though can could just be because she's not resisting in the first place.
Of course the moment didn't last much longer after that, our minds both settled back into our own bodies.
Yes, I ripped that shit straight out of RWBY and put my own spin on it. Why be original if you could just steal?
As Riveria stood back up she ghe the side of her head in confusion "It's…Quite a lot, all the information on how to use the spell, what it does, how it looks, everything"
"Let's go test it! I want to see it in action!" The spell I gave her wasn't one I've ever actually seen, it was never shown in the anime and remained only in the light novel.

They'd obviously agreed to my proposal so here we are, once again at the training field. Though it won't remain a very good one after this.
"Is everyone ready?" Riveria asked
"Yep"
"Absolutely!"
"Just get it over with already!"
"Mhm"
Etc etc we get it.
"Alright I'll start" she said, taking a large breath.
"Warrior of the End Frost Giant Lend me your fist. To make them freeze and be quieter than death."
The air became cold, it was as if winter had come in the middle of spring.
"Even the prosperous ones inevitably dying is the divine providence of the world. The inescapable karma given by God's law. Like water flowing to a low place. Taking all heat away."
Small ice crystals began to form in the air, oh damn. I stomp on the ground erecting a large transparent barrier made of my power of destruction. This back blast is going to be crazy if ice crystals are forming from just the chant.
"Show me the world where everything came to a stop. As if even time was frozen. Show me. The extreme point. The beauty of eternity that is not destroyed by anyone. And where not even those who destroy exist."
A large blue magic circle appeared above Riveria, in width it covered was as large as the entire Loki familia house. Even though it is built upwards instead of width wise it's still larger than most houses.
"I am a person who refuses to understand. A person who seeks only the absolute. I wish for A white bright scenery. I wish for The beautiful world of death."
"Frost Giant!"
A cold blast of air blew through the training field, the ground, the training dummies, the trees, instantly they turned into statues of pure ice. From the magic circle a white and blue hand emerged, the fist of the Frost giant.
I poured all my magic into making several more layers of the barrier and shifted its shape into that of a circle in hopes some of the back blast will roll of the barrier. I doubt Lefiya can cast her defensive spell before it lands.
The hand was huge, about the same size as the magic circle itself, only slightly smaller.
Its hand clenched into a tight fist and another gust of Cold air blasted through the entire area. The training ground has gone beyond being a winter wonderland, to a literal ice age.
Then with blinding speed the fist struck the middle of the training ground.
*Crackle-BOOM!
The icy explosion that followed the gusts strike completely obliterated all my barriers. I did make them more thin due to wanting to be able to see but it was still decent thickness.
Thankfully though, Gareth had brought his shield and managed to get in front of everyone in time.
Looking at the field, nothing but ice could be seen, the ice crystals rose high above the Loki familia building. They ice was paper white that reflected all light, it created a dazzling shine that erased all shadows in the vicinity.
"Hehehehheheheehe." I couldn't help but to start giggling maniacally "You guys see? This isn't even the peak!" My smile was wide and bright, magic is truly a wonder to the world.
The cold was making me shiver constantly though.
"This… isn't the peak?" Riveria said, seemingly the only one unaffected by the cold.
"If I were to give them different ratings then that one is a 6 out of 10 on the power scale." I said my smile, never fading.
I think I may be underplaying that attack a little, it is a 6/10 in terms of pure destructive power, but ice isn't always just about destructive capabilities.
it's not technically a lie though, as there are several spells stronger than that one even in the ice category.
The shock they were feeling was almost malleable, even the expressionless face of Ais was wiped away
"Only 6 out of 10?" One of the Amazon twins, Tiona repeated.
"Tch! this is really getting silly! Call me back when all this is settled, I'm out of here." Bete shouted, walking back inside.
Understandable.
"That's Everfrost ice!" Loki exclaimed from the back of the group

"How did a spell create something only found in Tenkai!" Loki continued
She grabbed my shoulders and shook me vigorously "Where did you even see a spell like this!"
Grabbing her arms to keep my self steady and to stop her shaking I answered "Well, technically I didn't see this spell. I read it from a book, it never mentioned anything about Everfrost ice though. What even is Everfrost ice?" Something like Everfrost Ice never came up in the series.
Sighing Loki let me go and rubbed her temples "It's basically just ice that never melts no matter what. But what do you mean you just read it from a book! What type of book has a spell of this level just lying around!?"
"Uh, not really sure I can give you a satisfactory answer." Yeah I had no clue, even from the series this spell was from it never created anything like what she's talking about either.
"Is it useful for anything?" Finn asked, of course he'd asked that
Loki scratched her head as if thinking "From what I remember it's pretty useful for alchemy but that's basically it. You can use it for the obvious of keeping things cold for long periods but that's basically it." She answered
Humming Finn said "So, it is useful then" after a moment of thought he quickly continued "We'll break it apart. I'm sure restaurants will love this."
What a business man this little guy is.

End, yeah this one is shorter than the last one. Almost half the last one's length. I felt this chapter specifically would feel weird if I extended it.
I'm going to be taking some liberties with certain spells, one in specific will show up in the next chapter. In the series it's from it's not necessarily magic in the common sense but it does function as such. And I think it's cool and pretty funny for the specific character it's being given to.
