(POV SHIFT)
After my discovery with the cooler I returned it to Wayne Enterprises. By using my watch to transform. Thankfully I was able to get an alien I've used before being Astrodacytl.
How I gave the cooler was a little weird I used my jetpack flying to the top being Bruce Wayne or more commonly known in the hero world as Batman's office cutting through using my claw opening the door leaving the cooler then leaving.
After that I left as fast as I could flying out of Gotham towards the red phone booth to return to Mount Justice.
Whereas I flew questions aroused with the main one being. "Why would Batman work with Ace?"
You heard right I wasn't surprised by Batman collecting my DNA likely to find a way to stop any future alien invasion or me in the future if I somehow turn which I doubt will ever happen.
After five more minutes of flight I returned back to the Phone booth and deactivated my transformation.
After that I 'phoned' in all Matrix style flying through the Zeta tube to my identification number.
"Recognized B-0'1 Shift"
As the electronic voice filled my ears I saw Batman giving an earful to Connor, Caldur, and M'gan.
My presence made no difference the three received an earful which turned into some acknowledgment is…is Batman a Tsundera?
No? Batman? Could he?
Noticing my standing still Batman called me over and asked.
"How'd your mission go?"
I first looked to my team and then to Batman who looked back at his 'children' and told them to leave.
As they left M'gan psychically thanked me for the save which I showed no reaction in case Batman was watching and once they left I spoke talking about the highlights of my adventure.
Starting from the rat arsonist, to the self proclaimed Doctor, to Shockwave and the talking Vacuum. With each piece of the story given Batman grew more and more interested in this insignia.
Where once my debriefing was over the Zeta Tube spoke again signaling two other arrivals.
"Recognized B-0'8 Artemis
Recognized B-0'4 Kid Flash"
Once both Artemis and Kid arrived Batman shifted focus asking as they both arrived.
"Anything to report?"
Both looked down and said together "No sir" surprising me on how in-sync they were. Batman not one to complain dismissed everyone including me which I used to gather myself mainly a shower from the sewer and sweat in my back.
Once that was done I began to clean my uniform and arrived at the living room slash kitchen where everyone was including Robin who by his mood seemed accomplished guess his mission went better than both Artemis and Wally.
Once there I looked to Robin giving my causal greet then went to the pantry muttering to myself.
"Oh pork and tortillas? Now that's a good combo."
Robin confused asked if I planned to cook and I smiled looking at him saying "nothing better than food to lighten your spirits."

(POV GENERAL)
Shortly after Josh made that statement Artemis and M'gan came into the room followed by Connor, Caldur, and then Wally. Who all smelled the sent of food.
After ten minutes the food was prepared and the pork with vegetable tacos were made with a choice of cheese quesadillas if anyone wanted any.
Everyone began eating in silence either from how good it was or from it just being awkward until Josh spoke up cutting through the silence like a knife through butter.
"Hope about capture the flag?"
Everyone perked up with one outlier "what's that?" Artemis asked innocently.
"Oh yeah you weren't part of the team then were you?" Wally straight to the point addressed why Artemis was confused getting a look from the woman in question.
"It was a form of training that Josh taught us and how we got better at our teamwork."
Artemis seemed interested in this as more and more of the team added to the conversation even Connor who seemed said he had fun doing it.
However unknown to the group Josh had something else in mind compared to the last time they trained.
After dinner Josh grabbed his phone and texted the Dark Knight and urgent message requesting something for training.
Which only after a span of fifteen minutes Batman agreed to it fully. After receiving the confirmation Josh went to bed waiting till morning to start his routine of weights and workouts.
Josh started with the usual warm up being squats, push-ups, up downs, sit-ups, and more until he finally started his weight practice where as he was about to start he heard a familiar voice behind his ear "you need a spotter?"
Artemis in her gym clothes with a towel over her neck was next to Josh giving him a once over of his sweat strewing something within her.
Josh happily accepted her request where together they did their weights until everyone else woke up and while they both avoided some close calls of closeness.
Once finished and ready Josh led the team to briefing room after telling them to gear up.
After everyone acquired their needed gear and met at the briefing room Josh was waiting for them in his standard outfit without the mask letting his brown eyes and hair see the light of battle.
As everyone gather Josh tapped his fingers in what seemed like the air. Which was actually the computer of the mountain bringing three blue panel.
Two of the panels contained a number both being zero. While the third center screen held a leader board of everyone's names and a score of zero next to them.
However two other names were present on the list the first being Ibis and the next Ice.
"Who's Ibis and Ice?"
Wally was the first to ask and as if on cue the zeta tube spoke for him. "Recognized C-0'13 Ibis. Recognized C-0'22 Ice."
