"We have seen the weaponized potential of Hextech. The question is..... how do we use it?" ~Camile Ferros, Principle Intelligencer of House Ferros
Above quote is me setting up a character that is not yet the character they are in game. Lore wise they still need a little more time to reach their full potential.
Leave comments. Maybe a couple stones. And if possible a review.
Did you enjoy the reveal with Arcane characters? The group won't just follow the story to a T but will directly influence the story in different ways. And if you haven't realized it yet... Gregori gets less focus on this arc. It is necessary. Because current Gregori is a nuke that can dismantle the entire story by just existing and if he was to not give a fuck he would do just that. His children? Less so. They are not weak but rather inexperienced. And above all... they are children. Easier to have them do stupid shit than a fully grown adult who has been trained to be a weapon.
Lets hope I can make everyone feel alive rather than like set pieces.

"Where are you guys from?" Vi asked, "Must be from a pretty safe place if you are here to tour this place."
Rell answered, "We were born in Noxus and have been travelling around the world." She said this with a smile forming on her face, "Piltover and Zaun are the next stops in our journey."
The enforcers looked surprised, "The whole world?"
"Only Valoran as of now but Shurima is next." She frowned, "Though I don't know if I'd like he humid desert."
"It is very bad." Caitlin nodded.
The enforcers turned to her in shock.
She shrugged, "What? I've visited some Shuriman towns before."
Vi shook her head before asking Rell, "Big family?"
Rell smiled and nodded, "You have seen most of the family. There is one more but she is too old to travel and the rest are pets." She then frowned, "Though if you ask the others they might tell you a different number."
Looking at the confused expressions on their face she shrugged, "People we met on our travels."
A big family. One father. Multiple children.
Vi felt like she was looking at her own family. Just a more coherent one. One a little more alive and happy.
Sydell's eyes were on the enforcer group but his attention was on the ginger woman. Maddie.
She had recognized their surname.
Hastur.
If she had recognized the name.... then the chances of her being from Piltover was non-existent.
That meant that she was Noxian.
A Noxian with questionable motives.
And revealing where they were from and where they were headed was something they had discussed with their father before setting off.
Gregori had decided that the children did not need ever need to hide who they were simply because it did not matter.
He was strong enough to stand alongside Aspects and Ascended warriors, something like this was quite pointless. The past five years weren't something that had led his strength to stagnate. The truth was that he had grown even stronger. With Soraka's blessing, his magic grew stronger and so did his body.
To this family.... the current Gregori was a deterrent. Something enemies would think twice before engaging.
The name and their origin wouldn't be a source of danger but one of safety.
Noxians knew of the danger he represented.
Freljordians and Demacians were allies, friends and family.
With two thirds of Valoran being on his side and one third afraid of him.... his name brought more safety than anything else ever could.
And it wasn't like the Noxians were oblivious to his existence. They prided themselves on their ability to infiltrate and gather information. Demacia was not that hard to infiltrate..... especially now that the nobles were throwing a fuss after Jarvan's shake up. Everyone worth their salt in Noxus must have heard of both Gregori Hastur and Titan Spiritmight.
He wouldn't be surprised if there were people actively seeking him out.
Power was sought out everywhere.
And even if they tried to get to him through his children. They were sufficiently strong enough on their own.
If things did get hairy..... Well.... there was a reason Soraka was looking after them.
His children understood that which was why they acted so carefree.
Sydell smirked as he noticed the woman slowly put together their identities. It was funny. And seeing how not a single one of them turned to her when Rell said that they were from Noxus..... they did not know.
That meant that this one is hiding her identity.
For what reason?
He leaned back in his seat in a very natural manner, almost slouching and placed his hands in his pockets.
His eyes landed on Steb. The Ionian one. He carried a backpack around.
A smile formed as his fingers touched the Greater Orb in his pocket. Now he just needed to focus his magic onto the bag.
So he closed his eyes and let it flow.
Rell felt his magic move as her eyes flitted toward him. She sighed and shook her head slowly.
Sydell and Rell played well off of each other. One instantly picking on the actions of the other and then acting accordingly.
To the enforcers, it seemed like an older sister who was quite done with her younger brother. One who was slouching in front of everyone.
Vi cracked a smile at the interaction but that smile disappeared just as quick as it came.
"How old are you?" Rell asked the enforcers. "The three of you look pretty young" She looked to the two men, "And I cannot estimate your ages."
"You?" Vi asked back instead of answering.
"Eighteen." Rell answered. "That idiot is thirteen."
"Who are you calling an idiot?" Sydell's eyes shot open.
Rell turned to him, "The one who is slouching in public."
Sydell grunted as his hands slipped out of pockets and he righted himself, sitting straight. Looking at the enforcers he made a show of huffing and rolling his eyes.
The enforcers couldn't hold back from letting a smile form.
"Happy now?" He asked her.
Rell smiled, "Extremely."
Sydell then leaned his head against the window and closed his eyes. A more acceptable position.
"Tired?" Maddie asked.
Sydell lifted one eyelid, "Travel across the edge of the desert of a few days and let me know how you feel."
"Sydell." Rell voiced sternly.
"Ugh...." Sydell opened both eyes, "Yes." He answered Maddie.
Rell looked at the others in exasperation.
Sydell's eyes closed once again. But he wasn't going to sleep or resting.
He was getting a better view.
One from the Greater Orb.
A small orb of magic was embedded in Steb's backpack. One that gave Sydell True Vision of his surroundings.
True Vision was incredible magic. It ignored illusions and showed only the true place. The orb also let Sydell see everything around him. Everything.
It was mentally draining not to mention nausea inducing with how different the point of vision was but Sydell was used to it.
His eyes were closed but he still saw everything. Every minute movement. Every twitch of the muscle. He caught them all.
Of course this level of omnipotence could not be maintained for long nor could it escape the sight of a competent mage.
But among ordinary people?
This was undetectable.
After confirming its effectiveness, Sydell cut the flow of magic and then focused on just hearing the conversations around him.
"Twenty three." Vi said.
Rell turned to her, "Hm?"
"My age." Vi answered, "I am twenty three."
"I am twenty two years old." Caitlin answered.
"Twenty four." Maddie answered with a smile.
Her group turned to her in surprise.
"You are older than me?" Vi was taken aback.
Maddie shrugged.
Steb sighed and spoke, "I am twenty seven. Haven been an enforcer for eight years."
"Wow." Rell replied, "So there are no age restrictions to become one?"
"You have to be an adult." Steb answered.
Sydell snorted.
"What are you laughing at?" Rell turned to him.
Sydell opened one eye, "We got a job for your lazy ass now."
"I'll have Briar eat your food." Rell growled.
Sydell shot up, "You wouldn't...." He spoke horrified.
"Try me." Rell didn't back down.
The carriage fell into silence.
"Thirty one." Loris spoke. "I was a carpenter before this. Then the drinking got a bit out of hand.... roamed about. Then this one." He gestured to Vi. "She led me here."
"Say.... would it be possible for me to apply to become an enforcer?" Rell asked.
Sydell's eyes widened, "I was kidding."
"I, however, am not." Rell said as she maintained eye contact with the group.
Caitlin nodded, "You can but you would need to pass the fitness test."
Rell nodded.
"We still have not completed our tour of the world yet." Sydell spoke as he looked at his sister.
Rell nodded, "But we have to settle somewhere. I am an adult Sydell. I have to live. Constantly travelling is not going to help."
Sydell just observed his sister, not replying. Because deep down.... he knew she wasn't lying or acting.
This part was true.
She wanted normalcy. The traveling and fighting were fun. The quest for revenge was not as important anymore. She just wanted to live now. Form connections. Love.
The carriage screeched to a halt and the occupants jerked to the side as it did.
"It was nice meeting you." Rell waved as the enforcers began to leave.
Caitlin nodded at her.
"Enjoy Zaun." Vi called back as they left.
"Sydell..." Rell began to speak.
Sydell raised a hand stopping her, "I understand. No need to explain."
Rell chuckled dryly, "Didn't expect you to be so reliable."
"I have grown." Sydell answered, "All of us have grown."
"So... you spotted anything wrong?" She asked as she looked in the direction of the now disappeared group.
Sydell smirked, "Quite a few things."
"You will be tracking them?" Rell asked.
"Occasionally." Sydell answered, "The ginger woman. Maddie. She recognized our last name."
Rell turned to him, "Noxian."
Sydell nodded.
"But she didn't ask us anything." Rell said.
Sydell nodded again, "Possibly undercover. Or running from something."
Rell nodded slowly trying to check for any abnormalities in the woman's behavior. But she couldn't recollect anything outright off. She led Sydell to a nearby bench and sat on it.
"Now we wait?" Sydell asked.
Rell nodded, "Now we wait."
