This was the first city that Lackey had seen after arriving in the Terra Empire.
After spending two days running, hiding, searching, observing, and marking important locations across the borders, he could confidently say that he understood more or less how this city operated and what it was capable of.
Towering holographic advertisements stretched across entire skyscrapers, displaying smiling infants surrounded by rotating strands of luminous DNA. Massive gene-sequencing symbols floated above transit routes, while countless digital billboards projected streams of genetic data into the air.
