We create an ocean barrier between the North and the Land Beyond the Wall to get that. Fenris is thriving. I already receive letters about the people from Lorath and Ibben visiting that city to buy food, and even migrating to Fenris.
They are also sailing to Braavos, Lorath, and Ibben. The people from Skagos are surprisingly good sailors. I guess it is to be expressed. They are from an island surrounded by strong winds, requiring an experienced sailor to fish in that sea.
They set sail through the harsh sea and easily reached Lorath and Ibben. Surprisingly, the biggest customers are people from Vale. The Three Sisters are the biggest buyers of food from Fenris City.

These 100 soldiers will be the best of the best, and they will enter the enemy flank through an underwater route.
"They are already used to the new equipment, Your Highness. They even use the Wind Charge in the mock combat training. When the war comes, we will be ready."
"Perfect. Send some of them to Fenris. 20 of them. They need to adapt to the weather in the north so they can work better when they are needed."
