Apollo moved forward, each step feeling like an eternity, until he finally reached the source of the mysterious calling. His entire being was drawn to the Book of Death, an object emanating an overwhelming aura of death and despair.
As he got closer, a force he couldn't control took over, and he felt his body begin to transform.
He couldn't resist the transformation into his Half-Demon God form. His muscles, tissues, and cells expanded exponentially, causing his height to increase rapidly. His eyes and hair changed; the silvery white strands were now streaked with black.
The shift scared him silly, filling him with a wild, untamed strength that felt like it came straight from the heart of the Book of Death itself.
