Hawk came out to sit on Karl's shoulder, and Elder Kushal idly noted that Karl had forgotten to change back from his combat form.
He was still in the form of a Cat Demon, which he used in the dungeon so that he had claws to combine with the Haint Claw that he was using as a primary weapon.
That thing was absolutely nasty, stealing life essence and soul energy from everything that it hit.
But it was an Immortal Rank living weapon. There weren't many weapons that could be deemed as superior to it in the entire Immortal World. Kushal briefly wondered where Karl had managed to find such a thing, as he had brought it with him from the Mortal World.
But given his skills, he had likely managed to force a mortal Ranked one to advance.
"Well, I won't object to a snack. It looks like Hawk and Cara are both up for testing something new. But if they're willing to part with some of the loot, we can also trade one of the boars for all the snacks we need today."
