" Good afternoon people!" Kelvin shouted as soon as he had approached the jeep owned by Claire
" Shut up motherfucker, you delayed us by thirty minutes" Timmy cursed
" Just because you came earlier today because of your girlfriend doesn't give you the right to insult me you shrimp" Kelvin cursed back
" We should let him trek to the beach" Timmy teased
" We are not doing this now Guys" Derek interrupted
" Oh! You are here Dad, I didn't see you" kelvin teased as he made his way into the Jeep " and who might this pretty be?" He asked when he had made eye contact with the lady sitting beside Derek.
" I am Melinda" the lady said with a smile
" Well it's not too late to choose me and leave this boring young man" Kelvin teased why reaching his hand for a handshake
Derek reached out his hand and Shakes his hand instead why icily looking at him " Are you done flirting?" He asked
" Yes" he responded and Claire scoffed
" Can we go now, it's already noon" Derek said
" How many hours is this journey to the beach again?" Claire asked
" Five hours" Melinda responded
" God damnit! I fucking get carsick" Timmy said.
" Turn on the radio " kelvin said to Timmy who was at the front seat

" Good lord, There are more people coming at the beach" Melinda's mum said looking out from the window
" Melinda would be coming with her friends to help out ma'am" the first beach attendant ( Cynthia) said
" Shouldn't they be here by now?" Melinda's mum asked " Just you and I won't be enough ; Sophie suddenly got sick and Michael had to travel back for an holiday, this is going to be hectic" Melinda's mum complained
" Don't worry much about it ma, they will be here soon and beside we have a new beach attendant" Cynthia told her
" We do?" She asked
" Yes ma'am, have you forgotten already? Mary has been here for two days now; she went out to get something since morning" Cynthia said
" I must have forgotten" she said trying to remember the new girl.
" Are you still taking your drugs ma'am for your sickness?" Cynthia asked
" I haven't for two weeks now, Melinda will bring a refill of it when coming; they only sell at the city" she responded
" Okay ma'am, just take a rest. Mary and I will handle the new guests before Melinda and her friends arrives" Cynthia told her
" Thank you Cynthia, you have really helped me a lot" Melinda's mum said cheerfully
" No, thank you ma; I owe you a lot already for giving me a place to stay" Cynthia said
