Before Turstin Muller could finish speaking, Valentine Teller immediately interjected, "Okay, okay, I'll be there right away, I'll call you at the entrance."
After hanging up the phone, Turstin Muller felt a bit more at ease. He stopped pacing up and down the corridor and sat down to wait quietly.
This kind of emergency treatment doesn't take long, it's just some routine check-ups.
Ten minutes later, Valentine Teller arrived and sat next to Turstin Muller, quietly waiting with him.
"Valentine, what do you think I should do? Should I acknowledge him as my father?"
Turstin's sorrowful eyes looked deeply into Valentine's, hoping she could give him some advice.
He would certainly listen even if she helped him make a decision.
"Can you tell me what happened?"
Though she faintly sensed Turstin's resentment towards his father, she wasn't clear about the whole story and didn't dare advise him rashly.
Some things are hard to say but have to be spoken nonetheless.
