Seeing that at least half of the food on the table was left, Esmee Perry's mother frowned, "Why eat so much? Aren't you afraid of getting sick? Stop eating and take me back to the hospital."
"It's been a long time since I had your cooking, let me eat a little more," Tabby Teller still had no intention of leaving.
Esmee Perry's mother could only bear it patiently, occasionally glancing at the clock. It was fine as long as they left before Esmee came back.
Her clock-watching action did not escape Tabby Teller's sharp eyes.
He silently hooked his lips, eating slower and slower.
"Hurry up and eat!" Esmee Perry's mother finally couldn't hold back and urged him.
In fifteen minutes, Esmee Perry would be back.
Seeing Tabby Teller finish the rice in his bowl, Esmee Perry's mother thought they could leave, but he helped himself to another bowl of soup and drank it leisurely.
