"For the education and growth of children, we intend to create a children's channel to cultivate a habit of watching excellent animation works from an early age, fostering the right aesthetic appreciation for these works."

"Good works, like Shadow's 'Doraemon', are very nice. We plan to try broadcasting it on the newly established Blue Star Children's Channel."

"All animations meeting our standards are welcome to submit. We will strictly select to ensure children see truly high-quality animations!"

The Literature and Art Association is looking to run the Blue Star Children's Channel to start a television station that focuses on the next generation's education.
