Hannah repeated as she turned to Lucas in surprise. But all she saw were excited golden eyes, one brighter than ever before throughout their whole journey till now, one pure and with no other consideration. Even his deep but calm breaths suddenly gave her the illusory feeling of being hot, so much he was fired up.
"Macans?"
The calm voice arrived from below, and Hannah only then noticed Estrella who had also come out of the dark alien pyramid at some point. Head raised, with her river of long white hair softly moving behind her from the dying flow of the disturbed dead air, she kept her eyes beyond Lucas, on the same scene that had shocked Hannah earlier, and was still keeping her on the edge.
