In the Forest
The sun had already fallen on the horizon and was replaced by the full moon alongside the stars, and in the forest, at the top of one of the branches of the tree, they would see a kid with white hair wearing a black high-collar jacket with matching black pants.
The kid is sleeping on a branch without care, yet a few moments later he sits upright while stretching his arms.
This kid is none other than Naruto.
It's been six years since he met with Akisada and learned about the curse energy. Throughout the entire six years, many things happen in Naruto's life.
He learned about the existence of the cursed spirit who was born thanks to the cursed energy that leaks out of humans over time.
Naruto also learns the existence of people who are tasked to target this cursed spirit, which are the Jujutsu Sorcerers.
The job known as Jujutsu Sorcerer is greatly different from a ninja, which really interests Naruto, which results in him joining with the help of Akisada, who, aside from being a former ninja from the Village Hidden in the Cloud, is also a Jujutsu Sorcerer.
From what Naruto learns, Akisada is a legendary figure within the Village Hidden in the Cloud thanks to his ungodly mastery with wind nature.
Akisada is someone from the same generation as the Three Sannin of the Leaf, but unlike the Sannin, who have been known throughout the world after the Great Ninja War, Akisada slowly vanishes from people's memories.
In fact, even the Village Hidden in the Cloud was clueless about the reason for his disappearance.
Well, the reason for his disappearance was due to his family being massacred by a powerful cursed spirit, and upon learning their existence and the existence of Jujutsu Sorcerers, Akisada decides to give up being a ninja and become a Jujutsu Sorcerer.
Naruto learns from Akisada the existence of another continent aside from the Elemental Continent, where all the ninja villages reside. The other continent is named Celestia Continent, where most of the Jujutsu Sorcerers reside.
While there are Jujutsu Sorcerers in the Elemental Continent, the numbers are incredibly small due to the fact that the Elemental Continent had few cursed spirits being born, which really surprised Naruto.
But after learning the existence of Tengen, many things make sense for Naruto.
Naruto also learns about the innate technique. The Limitless, Shrine, and Ten Shadows were the innate techniques Naruto was born with.
Naruto finds it surprising since, from the information he gathered, the innate technique that is engraved within the sorcerers is supposed to be one and not three like his.
But Naruto also learned that throughout the history of jujutsu society there are some people who are born with more than one innate technique. So while rare, it wasn't really out of the realm of possibility.
Talking about rare eyes, Naruto finally manages to learn about the special eyes he had, which were called Six Eyes, which were supposed to be born within the Gojo Clan.
What is truly unique about the Six Eyes is that it only appears every 400-500 years, so the fact that Naruto had it despite being in the Elemental Continent was truly surprising.
After careful investigation it was later found out that some Gojo Clan members managed to be married to the Uzumaki Clan, which makes the blood of the Gojo Clan exist within the Elemental Continent.
Naruto only decides to take a nap at the top of the tree due to the tiredness he felt, but he didn't expect to fall asleep for a few hours.
'It seems like the fatigue finally started to catch up to me,' Naruto thought to himself while jumping down on the tree.
Naruto slowly made his way back to the village and returned to sleep in his apartment.
Naruto long since bought an apartment for himself thanks to the money he received by completing a few missions of killing cursed spirits throughout the entire Elemental Continent.
Of course he had to occasionally show himself back at the Uzumaki-Namikaze Estate in order not to alarm Minato and Kushina, who would definitely question him about the money he had.
Talking about not alarming the two, Naruto also didn't do his best at the Ninja Academy since if he suddenly shows his skills, he definitely would be interrogated by the higher-ups in the village, and Naruto is sure that Minato will let that happen.
While he had confidence in killing everyone in the villages, it was just a troublesome thing to do, so it was best for Naruto to be secretive.
Besides, the higher-ups of the Jujutsu Society already told him to conceal himself while killing the Cursed Spirits due to the incident he caused two years ago.
While Naruto could ignore the higher-ups, he decides against it since he still has many things he wants to accomplish, and avoiding troublesome things will speed up his plans.
For now Naruto had to be patient.
While Naruto was slowly walking inside the village close to the Uchiha Clan, he suddenly felt the distortion in space a few meters away from him.
Naruto lazily turns his head to the source, and out of the distortion appears a figure wearing what appears to be a black hooded cloak.
This person wearing an orange mask with a tiger-striped design and, from what Naruto saw under the hood, had long black hair.
What truly interested Naruto was the eyes of this person, which were seen thanks to the eyehole of the mask because of the three tomoe sharingan, which were glowing in the dark.
The person in front of Naruto had vile chakra despite how much the person tried to hide it. Still, what truly ignited his interest wasn't the vile chakra this person possessed or the fact that he suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
What truly ignited his interest was the fact that this person's chakra felt rather familiar, which is strange since this is the first time he has met this person.
'An Uchiha that doesn't belong to Leaf? Interesting' Naruto unconsciously gives a small smile.
"Who are you?" Naruto asks.
The masked man chuckles after hearing Naruto. "It's no surprise you don't remember me, but I remember you," the masked man coldly said.
The masked man dashes towards Naruto with a kunai in his hand. Naruto's smile didn't disappear seeing the attack; in fact, he did nothing and waited for the man in front of him to get closer.
Just as the masked man's kunai was about to hit Naruto's head, Naruto tilted his head slightly while grabbing the masked man's hands using his left arm and at the same time launching a right punch to the masked man's stomach.
Just as Naruto was about to take grip on the masked man's arm, suddenly his own arm phased through it. At the same time, Naruto's right hand also didn't hit anything but phased through the body of the masked man, which really caught Naruto by surprise, even for a moment.
The masked man was about to use this opportunity to injure Naruto when, out of nowhere, his instinct screamed of an incredible danger, which immediately made the masked man retreat a dozen or so meters.
The masked man didn't know why his instinct was screaming about that danger, but he chose to believe it since his instinct had managed to save him in the past.
Naruto's smile widened... No, it turned sinister while looking at the masked man with unmasked bloodlust and battle intent.
"What an interesting ability you had there," Naruto said coldly before suddenly vanishing on the spot.
Before the masked man could even react, he suddenly felt pain in his head as he was sent flying to the nearest wall.
Just as Naruto was about to continue his assault, the masked man disappeared once again, and Naruto was unable to sense his location.
Naruto turned his head towards the top of the nearest utility pole, where the masked man appeared once again.
The masked man stared at Naruto much more warily now. He greatly underestimated Naruto's capabilities and something he didn't see coming.
"I didn't expect for you to have such capabilities," the masked man said.
"Was that really surprising?" Naruto slightly tilted his head. His sinister smile disappeared, with his face being as blank as the piece of paper.
The masked man immediately became alert because, for some reason, the battle junky he just witnessed suddenly disappeared and was replaced by an emotionless or cold person.
What was really unnerving was the cold eyes making the masked man's hair stand up.
Naruto suddenly disappeared from his position once again, and just as the masked man looked at his back, he found nothing. He even started to survey the surrounding area, but he didn't see Naruto, as if he vanished into thin air.
Just as the masked man wonders where Naruto is going, he suddenly feels someone grab his feet, and he immediately turns his head down.
