Meanwhile, Tim was already making his way out of the building when he met Alexander. His frowning face was what confirmed to Alexander that he wasn't wrong about the danger that he might have been in.
"Tim…?" Alexander approached the panting man. He studied closely and realized that it was probably fear that had made him so. He wasn't hurt or anything else like that.
"Sir," Tim bowed his head while also trying to get his emotions in order. "The lady is still inside, I am afraid…" he trailed off when he heard footsteps approaching them.
"Mother," Alexander said as another relieved sigh escaped his lips. He walked Iverson t9 her and embraced her. "You are alright. I was worried."
Amanda smiled and patted his back. "I told you not to worry about me, didn't I?" her eyes moved to Tim, whose complexion was still slightly pale. "You shouldn't have sent anyone either. Look how miserable he is now."
