Rosemary's pov:
Duping the night guards at the museum again was yet another piece of cake, which reminds me, I haven't had cake in a good while, but oh well.
Once the guard gone, Richard flips the light switch in the basement on while the rest of us take our bracelets off.
"Avery-" Nathanael starts but is quickly cut off by the boy.
"Please don't make me wait here for you, Sir," he shakes his little head from left to right.
"I can't in good conscience take you down there with us," Nathanael knelt down before him.
"I don't think your good conscience should allow you to leave him here alone," Richard chimes in, "He should come with us,"
"It can be dangerous," the words escape me.
"In their case," he points between the two of them, "It's more dangerous to be separated. If word of what we're doing got out somehow, the kid is as good as dead,"
Perhaps Nathanael and Avery felt the same way I did upon hearing these words. Perhaps a shiver did run down their spines as well…
