[3rd POV]
Lucifer walked through the streets of the City nearest to the Hazbin Hotel, at her sides was her children, Hope, and Alice. The kids had large ice cream cones in a hand, bright smiles on all of their faces as they licked the cones.
The ice cream cones in question were pretty interesting, considering the type of ice cream that was found in Hell. A majority of them were spicy in nature, and were weirdly really good. Like, way better than you would expect.
Like one flavor that was spicy chocolate, which tasted a lot better than one would expect. There was also one that was spicy lemon, which Lucifer personally thought was the worst one to be frank. But they were all decent at worst.
Lucifer had decided against getting an ice cream cone, and instead had gotten a different sweet that the shop had been selling. This being a pretty good churros. It came with a spicy chocolate sauce that was genuinely one of the best chocolate sauces she had ever had.
She paid the man a decent chunk of change for the recipe, because it was genuinely that good.
She found the recipe to be pretty interesting, since it used ingredients that were native to that Underworld, so it made the chocolate sauce impossible to make without them. Thankfully she had instantly copied all of those plants and other ingredients, and planted them in her plant dimension, so she could make as many as she could ever want.
She really liked the sauce.
"So, girls, where do you want to go next?" Lucifer asked, as they walked together. She noticed a few people fighting in the distance, but mostly just ignored them. Daenerys was already used to the interesting new universe, and she had placed magic on the girl in small amounts to ensure that she didn't get injured or see anything inappropriate.
Same with Powder.
Hearing her question, the girls all began to speak one after the other.
"I'd like to go to a bookstore at some point if possible. I really wanna see what sort of books they have in this Hell, and whether or not they have anything good" Bloom said, knowing that a lot of the things in Hell just...kind of sucked. Especially when it came to media like tv shows.
Funnily enough, the best part of Hell when it came to entertainment, was music.
The porn sucked.
"I'd like to go there too actually. I want to see if they have any books on the unique tech of the Underworld, and if any of it is something I can make in the normal world" Powder added, agreeing with her sisters words.
"I want to go to a game store whenever possible. I want to see what sort of games they have here, and if they are actually decent or not. I'm hoping to find a new console too, since I think they could have some good FPS games here" Beatrix said, knowing that Hell had technology beyond the human realm of this universe, and had magic as well.
So they should have a decent console, and should have some good video games. At least, you'd think so. As old video game developers would undoubtedly have been sent to hell after death. Not all of them, but most of them. Considering Heaven was next to impossible to get into anymore.
So that meant the video game space should realistically be booming with the sheer amount of incredible developers entering the space.
Lucifer couldn't help but inwardly wonder the same thing as Beatrix and Bloom. As if their thoughts were right, then the creative side of the Underworld should be incredible. With thousands of new books by dead authors that made masterpieces, new games, new art, etc.
Too bad all the movies and shows were terrible for some reason.
But Lucifer was pretty sure that that was because Vox had pretty much complete control over the area, and therefore stomped on any up and coming directors before they could get big. He wouldn't let anyone but him control the entertainment space.
"I'd like to go to any shop that has some sort of magic being sold, if possible. I want to see what sort of magics they have here, and whether or not they are easy to learn" Rose said, wishing to see if this world had interesting magic or not. She assumed it did, since it was literally Hell, but she had no real way of knowing.
What she did know is that the Ars Goetia had a lot of magic that they tended to hoard. Meaning there was at least some form of magic that can be taught and learned. All she would need to do is get her hands on some of those books.
"U-Um can we see if they have any books on dragons?" Daenerys spoke up, a little embarrassed to ask this as Lucifer chuckled.
"I'm sure we can find some, honey. They do have dragons here, afterall" Lucifer replied, as the little girl beamed in excitement.
"Martial arts books" Vi said simply, already knowing what she wanted to learn. She wanted to see if hell had any good martial arts. As she imagined that there would be some damn good martial arts books in the underworld, considering the underworld was filled with murderers, killers, assassins, and such.
Meaning once again, the martial arts aspect of the underworld had to be extremely developed. At least, you would think so.
"And what about you Hope, is there anything you'd like to do?" Lucifer asked, looking over at Hope. She would have asked Alice, but her wife had already informed her of what she wanted to do beforehand, so there was no reason to ask.
"I'd like to see what sort of art they have here, if that's okay. Maybe see if I can buy some? I think my Dad would love to see what they have here and I'd also love to see if they have any unique art supplies" Hope replied after a few moments of thought.
Lucifer nodded at her words, thinking of a few places they could go. As she had looked up a map of the city, and knew every building inside of it. She didn't know exactly what every building did and what it was like, but she knew the general areas of some of the things that they wanted to do.
And this was just stuff they wanted to do on the first day. So there was still quite a bit more that they could do in the future, since they planned to be in the underworld for another couple of weeks at least.
Probably until the end of Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel, so that could be months potentially.
"Hmm, alright, I've got a few ideas where we can go. Do you all want to do this all today, or spread out throughout the entire trip?" Lucifer asked, as they all said "Throughout the entire trip".
She figured that would be their answer, but she wanted to be sure.
With that answer out of the way, Lucifer smiled, and decided to head to the nearest spot, which was a game store. And as she began to lead her family off towards the store, she had only one thought on her mind.
'The city is surprisingly chill during the day'
