[3rd POV]
By the end of Lucifer listing and giving her ideas to the two, Charlie was basically jumping off the walls in joy at the sheer amount of amazing ideas she had given them. While even Vaggie looked really happy, her face warped into a brilliant smile as pretty much every single idea Lucifer had given her, was completely possibly for them, and should make their business boom.
This included a few ideas, besides the food.
For one, she had suggested they ban the use of any weapons inside of the premises. Something that they had not even done yet, and she made this suggestion as without it, there was a very high likelihood that someone would bring a weapon inside, which could cause some serious issues, and even injuries.
And considering lawyers and all of that stuff actually existed in hell, there was a good chance that they could get sued for that. So, she suggested that they make it so that only employees are allowed to possess a weapon. Someone like Vaggie, Husk, Charlie herself.
Definitely not Angel Dust or Alastor. And absolutely not Niffty, who was a crazy little thing, even by Lucifer's standards. She was absolutely nuts, but she had to admit that the short thing was amusing.
This ban could be enforceable easily enough, thanks to magic and the fact that while everyone is willing to make fun of the daughter of the king of hell, not a single person is willing to harm her, or dare to hurt her. Nobody was that stupid, and nobody was willing to go to war with him or any of the other sins.
Sins that all knew Charlie, and were even considered her aunts or uncles in certain fashion. Some of them being quite close to her, much to Lucifer's interest. This meant that most of the shit that went down in canon, likely only happened because Charlie herself had stopped them from doing anything, or her father had.
Meaning that she wouldn't be in any danger. Not even Alastor would dare piss off a sin.
If that didn't work, Lucifer wasn't opposed to just putting up a ward for her, but she only wanted to do that if the other plan did not work. Since she did not want to make Charlie and the others too reliant on her. That, and this was her vacation. She didn't want to spend all of it stressing out about stuff that is ultimately meaningless.
Lucifers second idea had been to create other things to do at the hotel itself. Having it just be a hote with a bar and some tv's was boring as all hell. So she brought up the idea of adding some fun things to do. Like a pool in the back that could be magically enchanted to provide warmth and relaxation to those that used it. Or a game room with every video game ever created.
Or a sauna, a gy, a theater, and more. All of this would contribute to the development of the hotel, and getting more and more customers.
That was the third thing. Customers. She had been pretty blatant with Charlie and Vaggie that they could not afford to keep giving rooms out for free. Not because they need money - because they don't - but because it would make things a lot less suspicious.
A lot of demons would not want to touch anything that was named as "free". Because the idea of free in hell was well...kind of against a lot of the very foundations of hell, and was jarring to a normal denizen. It would also be a relatively probable issue too.
So she suggested that they could charge for them to have a room in the hotel, but that by going to some of their therapy classes and such, they could get paid within very strict limits. Mostly just pocket change, nothing crazy. This way there was an economic reason to attend, and would give Charlie a better chance of at least helping a single person.
Charlie was not really pleased with the idea of charging for anyone to stay at the hotel, but she had pretty much been strong armed by Vaggie into charging. However, she would only charge what was basically the equivalent of around 10-20 dollars, which was nothing for a hotel to stay in.
It was enough for Vaggie, so Lucifer didn't continue to pester her about anything.
The next one was mostly involving Alastor, who was one of the major reasons why nobody wanted to come to the hotel. Some may have in the beginning, but the fact that someone like him was there, scared off any potential denizens.
It had made a lot of sense to Vaggie and Charlie when she had brought it up, and even Alastor himself who had been listening to this particular, had silently agreed with the thought. It was true.
His mere presence was to terrify people away, and he had been doing that expertly. which was a problem because nobody wanted to go to and live in the same hotel. Yeah, it's going to be a process.
So they needed to get Alastor to stop scaring everyone off, and instead, she had proven that the man was a lot stronger than he looked, when she had said that amount of impact is insane. It was a great idea, Lucifer had known that much.
But the problem was that the man was definitely not going to agree to that idea. The man was not stupid, and he knew that if she really banned him from scaring people off, then it meant that she was up to something. And he would then want to find out what she was up to, which would cause some serious issues.
They ended up deciding that the best way to get him to do what he was told, was by simply threatening him with a better power, which would cause some issues by itself. Issues that Lucifer was not interested in bringing up. But it would likely stop him from doing anything stupid.
There were tons of other ideas that Lucifer had ended up giving many of them, but most of them had been denied or put on the black burner so that it didn't cause issues with their bosses and stuff.
By the time she had given them all the ideas, the rest of the family was out and in the area, watching in amusement as Charlie was freaking out at all the fantastic ideas. Most of which she had never dared use, as they would simply not be viable for what she wanted to do.
"Charlie babe, please relax" Vaggie said as Charlie was practically bouncing around. But upon hearing Vaggie's words, she instantly mellowed out and relaxed a bit.
"Thank you for all the ideas, ma'am!" Charlie said with a mock salute making her laugh softly. The girl was a chaotic little thing, and she didn't even mean to be chaotic.
"Not a problem, dear. Now, me and my family are going to take off for a bit to get something to eat. But we'll be back in around an hour" Lucifer informed her, as Charlie nodded and gave a few ideas for where to eat, which Lucifer thanked her for.
And as she and her family left to get breakfast, she had only one thought on her mind.
'Hopefully she doesn't waste all those ideas I've given her'
