[3rd POV]
Daenerys had decided that she did want to watch a football game. She didn't really understand the rules, or the point of the game, but she did decide on watching it.
She had found herself really liking the Atlanta Falcons, she had asked about whether or not there were any teams that had a dragon as their logo, but sadly there was not. Which was seriously a surprise, considering how insanely cool dragons were.
Lucifer had found it amusing to watch the girl cheer when she thought something big had happened, only to find out that the team she liked had lost yards. The Mikaelsons had thought it equally as funny, and had taken to teaching the girl the rules of the game, and what was good and what was bad.
Daenerys still didn't really understand much about it by the end of the game, but she had been a bit smug when the Falcons won by 10 points over the New Orleans Saints. The Mikaelsons had found that to be amusing, but Kol had been a little butthurt about the fact that he was getting teased about it.
Lucifer had a feeling that the man would attempt to prank the little girl in the future, once she was more adapted to the place and the oddity of the new world as a whole. Lucifer would let him do it, as long as it wasn't anything crazy and he of course waited until she was properly comfortable.
"Did you like the game, Daenerys?" Lucifer asked, as she sat at the dinner table with her family. The large dinner table had all sorts of foods on it, personally cooked by her, Alice, Hayley, and Rebekah. They had all worked in tandem to make the large platter of dishes, and were very pleased with what they had made in the end.
"I did, even if I do not truly understand what I had watched. It was...very different from the tourneys and such that I have heard of back in my world. Far less graphic, and frankly more entertaining than what I have heard about tourneys" Daenerys responded.
The Mikaelsons all listened silently, still not pleased after they had learned about how Daenerys had been treated back in her home universe. They had been alive and around during certain events that were similar to what she had gone through, and frankly they thought it to be one of the more brutal experiences.
Of course it was nothing compared to the actions of ancient Egypt during the creation of the Pyramids. Or the actions of the Vikings when they were still actively pillaging the lands around them. Those were probably just as bad, if not worse in some ways. At least the Seven Kingdoms did not actively participate in slavery like Essos.
That was probably one of the few reasons why Essos was vastly more brutal than Westeros tended to be. Far more chaotic and unorganized too. But that was particularly due to the fact that the entire continent had so many different Kingdoms, Cities, Empires, and other powerful forces that it was impossible for peace to truly last all that long.
It would be different if there had only been a few major forces in Essos, but there were simply so many that not even the likes of Yi Ti could obtain true control over it. And even when the Valyrian Freehold was a thing and dominant over the continent, it was still chaotic and in what was basically a constant and perpetual state of war.
Lucifer personally thought that they were not wrong. That Westeros was worse in many ways compared to irl time periods of a similar "Aesthetic", but she also knew it was a lot better in many other ways.
"Oh? And why do you like it more?" Rebekah asked, rather curious. The little girl was an incredibly interesting person to meet, and was probably one of the most adorable creatures she had ever seen in her entire life. Only her own niece was comparable to her in her mind.
"It's far less brutal, more eye-catching, and frankly it is not nearly as dull as tourneys sound. Tourneys are basically just the same thing over and over, without much of a difference between any two tourneys. Only the truly large and great tourneys are good. At least that's what I've been told" Daenerys responded, once again showing that she was a lot more mature than a normal child of her age.
It was kind of cute seeing a child so young being so serious. At least it normally would be if it wasn't a child that had been viciously mistreated her entire life saying these things. It just made it really sad to know and understand on their part.
"Hmm I suppose that is fair" Rebekah responded, understanding her thought process.
"She is not wrong. The tourneys we have been to over the years were dreadfully boring after seeing only a few. The only good ones were the immensely extravagant ones, and even they got boring after a while" Elijah said in agreement.
"So, what are you going to do now that you are back in our world, Luci?" Hayley asked, having not gotten the time to ask before just now.
"Well, we plan on helping Daenerys adapt to her new surroundings and new life as someone living in the twenty first century in a new world. But once the school year back in Salvatore Boarding School ends, we'll likely have a vacation in another universe for Christmas" Lucifer responded, with Alice nodding.
"Yep! We've already decided on the universe, we've just gotta make sure all the kids want to go" Alice added, knowing that Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel could be a very...interesting universe to adapt to. Well, for most of them at least.
Lucifer would enter that universe and instantly be used to everything. Especially considering she is the supreme overlord of the entirety of Hell in every plain and in every single universe. It was only a matter of time before she had absolute dominion over them all, she just needed to spread her clones to new universes and start to truly take them over.
"What sort of universe are you going to?" Hope asked, really interested in the idea. She wanted to celebrate Christmas with Rose, but she also didn't want to leave her family, so she wanted to learn more about the universe before making any requests or anything like that.
"One that is largely centered around a rather unique version of hell, where an alternate counterpart of myself rules alongside many other demonic entities of a large variety. There are also angelic entities in a rather...brutal version of Heaven" Lucifer explained, not seeing any reason to not tell them.
The kids already knew about it, besides Daenerys. And they all still wanted to go. Mostly so they could meet the Lucifer of that universe, but also because they genuinely want to.
Daenerys looked a little confused when she heard Lucifer talk about this, as she had not been told just yet. And her confusion warped into worry upon hearing the mention of traveling to a literal version of Hell itself. That was...scary to her, considering hell was very real back in her universe, and a huge part of many different religions.
Either way, Daenerys would be asking about it later on.
Hearing her explanation, Hope bit her lip, as she looked back at her family and then at Lucifer, and opened her mouth, asking a rather important question now, rather than waiting. And that question was...
"...Could I come with you?"
