"It's been a while since I last visited this country," Seras remarked as she looked around at the familiar surroundings.
She was accompanying me, and we had finally made our way back to Milham.
Seras had insisted on coming along, and since I couldn't think of any particularly good reason to refuse her, I eventually agreed to let her join me. It wasn't as though I expected something terrible to happen simply because she was traveling with me, so I didn't bother dwelling too much on the possibility of things going wrong. Besides, constantly worrying about every person I allowed into the kingdom would give me a headache before the day was even over.
