"Damn that was uncomfortable," a young man muttered while brushing his head and eyes from the flashing that occurs whenever he logs into a VR game.
The young man was a royal unnaturally handsome presence. It was not uncommon in games for people to have their character models to be extremely beautiful. Brown skin, long crimson hair and golden eyes, unnaturally tall, and well dressed in a tailored suit, mostly cosmetic over stat efficient, plus in 4x games commanders like him didn't have a need for stat efficiency other than boosting production, reproduction, research speeds.
After regaining his vision, he looked around and noticed that he was high up on a coastal cliff, on one side was the sea judging from the lack of salty air, and on the other side were large plates that seemed to stretch on for some time and continuing on to a mountain in the distant Northeast and a forest to the Northwest.
"Is this my starting point?" He asked himself while marvelling at the beauty of the sight around him, it took a moment before he remembered he was in a game "Menu," he said

"Huh? Why did the system change my name?" Arthur asked himself. "This is weird," he muttered and searched for the log-out button.
"Hey, where's the log out button!?"
Before he could continue his fruitless search a chime from the system alerted him to an announcement.

- Please set up your castles once done a safety barrier will appear that will last 1 month. Within one month a World quest will take please, make sure you are strong enough to survive once the safety barriers fall.

After reading this forceful message Arthur cursed. "Damn it! Why'd this have to happen now?" He raged for a few minutes.

After cursing and throwing a small fit Arthur opened his inventory.

"At least I have food for a short while." Muttered Arthur before looking around once more.
"This should be a good position."
Surrounded by water on one side, a forest on the other, and a mountain opposite that, this made for good natural defences against lords and against the wild beasts that might come.
He pulled out a card and placed it near the inclined cliff.

- You've set you your castle. Safety barrier set up…please defend your castle it is the heart of your empire and strength, should it fall you'll lose your qualifications as a lord and be punished accordingly.

The system announced and Arthur sighed before examining his castle. It was rather plain consisting of simple walls of a dull brown colour and around 24m tall.
After looking at this Arthur opened up his inventory again and pulled out the wall card. In a flash of light, a simple wooden wall appeared around the perimeter of the castle about a 100m radius from the castle.
After this was set up Arthur walked inside the castle to take a look after deciding to set up his base inside the castle.
While his base was well defended it was rather easy to spy on from the surrounding forests.
So setting up the nest in a safe area under castle would be for the best.
Not paying much mind to the castle itself since it was currently baren with little decorations, adornments and furniture to bring line to the structure aside for the necessities.
After a few minutes of meandering around he finally found the stairs leading to the basement of the castle. It was there that he found a crystal-like item, that pulsed with an unknown like and energy.
It was there that he set up the nest.

Arthur looked at the options and after a minute of deliberation he came to a choice.
"Sacrifice 50% of the accumulated energy to get a greater summoning and use the rest to perform 5 summonings.

The nest was in the shape of an Ouroboros dragon, made of obsidian and golden materials. The nest was more of a portal than a nest. This moment numerous flashes of light bathed the room.
Then 42 figures appeared and lined up in a triangle formation in kneeling positions. All of them are part of his faction, the dragon army.
