"Wanwan, are you sure I'm carrying twins?" Yan Xia snapped back to reality and immediately looked at Xia Yiwan.
Happiness had arrived so violently that she could hardly believe it.
"If you don't believe me, we can go ask the Doctor," Yiwan said as she helped her towards the Doctor's office.
The Doctor's answer was the same as Xia Yiwan's, "Carrying twins is hard work; you need to rest when you get home, remember to supplement with vitamins and calcium, and increase your nutrition." Yan Xia was so stunned by the news of the twins that she couldn't snap out of it, whereas Yan Huan beside her nodded continuously in agreement.
Just as they were about to leave the Doctor's office, Yan Xia sniffled and looked at the Doctor with eager eyes, "What about my cold?"
She just couldn't stop her runny nose.
"Go home and make a bowl of ginger soup to drink, then bundle up under the covers and sleep well. You should feel better after sweating it out," the Doctor said with a sympathetic glance.
