However, the large campus had its curfew, and by the time Flossie Wright returned, it was already past midnight, and the dormitory door was locked.
"You head back first."
Flossie Wright pulled down the brim of her hat and said to Glenn Hutchinson.
"Be careful." Glenn Hutchinson glanced at her and reminded.
"I know."
Flossie replied naturally.
Circumventing the main entrance, Flossie turned towards the dormitory window, raised her hand to wave at Glenn Hutchinson, and then disappeared around the corner.
Glenn Hutchinson watched her for a moment.
Finally, he walked a few steps in that direction.
Arriving at the corner, Glenn Hutchinson looked up and saw the silhouette agilely moving on the wall, his gaze softened slightly.
Soon, that silhouette vanished into a third-floor window.
In less than two minutes, he saw the light from that dormitory flick on and then quickly go out again.
Flossie Wright had likely managed to sneak in without being noticed.
