"No worries!" Kris Cooper reached out and held Vera Wave's chin, lifting her little face to meet his gaze. "There are more ways than one to be intimate."
Vera's heart thudded. Did he want her to use some other method?!
His gaze swept across her slender shoulders exposed by her bathrobe, and Kris Cooper swiftly averted his eyes.
"Get in the room and lie down."

Her shoulders hunched, Vera entered the bedroom, climbed into bed, and pulled the quilt over herself. Watching the man's long legs gradually move towards the side of the bed, she swallowed unconsciously.
