Fiona Sutton arched an eyebrow at Nia Mitchell, her eyes filled with implications that Nia couldn't comprehend.
"What's up with you now?"
Nia Mitchell felt baffled. Fiona's demeanor was truly unnerving.
"Nia, I came across some big news this morning."
Fiona Sutton had a habit: the first thing she did upon waking was to check the news.
Consequently, for seven years, Nia had rarely watched the news; she usually just heard about it from Fiona.
"What is it? Did you see some good news?"
Nia Mitchell continued to walk ahead, soon reaching the snack section, where a large array of colorful packaging immediately drew her attention.
"Hold on, let me finish."
Fiona Sutton grabbed Nia Mitchell's arm. If she didn't hold her back, Nia would have probably dashed right over.
"Go on."
Nia Mitchell replied absently. This was the potato chip section, filled with many flavors she loved.
