She suddenly became fully awake, anxiously looking at Ryan Gregory and Samantha Wood, "Did you see Kris Shaw who got into the incident with me? How is he?"
Samantha Wood looked puzzled, "Who is Kris Shaw?"
Ryan Gregory furrowed his thick brows, seemingly unwilling to bring up the person, "He's fine, maybe now..."
Before he finished speaking, there was a knock at the door.
Everyone turned to look in the direction of the sound...
Ryan Gregory walked forward to open the door, and standing there was Kris Shaw.
The two men locked eyes, a silent challenge passing between them.
Ryan Gregory really wanted to refuse him entry, but Sofia Hamilton had already seen him and exclaimed joyfully, "Kris Shaw? You're okay?"
Ryan Gregory frowned, his hand begrudgingly blocking the doorway.
Kris Shaw raised a provocative smile, motioning for him to move aside, "Mr. Gregory, would you kindly step aside?"
