Ryan Gregory was smiling on the surface, but Kris Shaw could see the competition beneath that smile.
He curved his lips, knowing that if he didn't go, things would only get more awkward.
However, he could tell how nervous this man was about Sofia Hamilton.
Only someone who truly cared for and loved a person would be so tense.
Then why was Lucy Greene so persistent in liking him?
Kris Shaw raised his lips, "Alright, Sofia, you just rest well."
"Okay."
Ryan Gregory looked at him with a sneer, "Let's go."
The stance was as if he had to walk ahead to feel assured.
Almost as if afraid Kris Shaw would escape from behind...
Kris Shaw chuckled and then walked out.
Only then did Ryan Gregory step forward to follow.
Once they left, Samantha Wood started laughing.
Sofia looked at her puzzled, "Sis, what are you laughing about?"
"I'm laughing at Ryan Gregory being jealous."
"Jealous?"
