Chapter 2
Sofia Hamilton was puzzled, why did Ryan Gregory suddenly want to stop the car?
Old Li pulled over, and Ryan Gregory opened the car door and got out. He walked around to Sofia's side, took her hand, and asked her to get out with him. Sofia was completely bewildered, "Why are we getting out now? We're not there yet."
"I just remembered I have something to take care of, so we won't be going back for now."
"Huh?"
"Get out, come on."
"Okay."
Lucy Greene felt a pang in her heart, "Aren't you going back together?"
Ryan Gregory didn't answer her directly. Instead, he looked at Old Li and said, "Take Miss Lu back."
"I understand, Mr. Gregory."
Ryan Gregory pressed his lips together and gave a faint glance at Lucy Greene, "Go back."
After saying this, before she could respond, he shut the car door.
Lucy Greene wanted to ask, but the words were stuck in her throat, blocked by the car door.
The car slowly started, and she couldn't get out to follow him.
