Chapter 1656 - Chapter 1782: Lake Village

There are significant differences between types of wood, and drilling holes can either go smoothly or not.

Drilling holes in this coarse wooden stick was very easy.

In a little over an hour, both holes were done.

The resin on the spinning wheel had also solidified.

We tried inserting two spindles into the newly made holes, made some slight adjustments, and found they fit perfectly.

They were both very straight, neither tilted nor crooked.

Doesn't the bottom wheel have six spoke-like sticks?

With a thin rope, connect the twelve ends of these sticks. Basically, a dead knot was tied at each end, and then they were linked together clockwise in a zigzag path.

The rope was pulled slightly taut.

Then use a coil to connect the wheel with the spindle above, so the wheel could drive the upper spindle to rotate.

The coil was attached to the rope mesh on the wheel, which was shaped somewhat like a cylinder, knotted earlier.

The coil was also pulled slightly tight.
