Yang answered every question with the same sentence:
"It is only for storage."
Director Chen asked whether the old spare seats should be placed by row.
"Only for storage."
Finance asked whether the retired ticket machine parts needed asset labels.
"Only for storage."
The repair vendor asked whether the old projection cabinets could be tested before storing small components inside.
Yang paused. "Why would a cabinet be tested?"
"The locks may be stuck."
"Test the locks."
