It's the only way we can gather more brothers and sisters and seize that slim chance of survival amid catastrophe."
Amendo bowed, "I understand. Your decision is wise, Your Majesty. No one will oppose it, and every elder will loyally carry out the King's orders."
The King's nod was slight, indicating that Amendo understood this reasoning.
He raised the question only to ensure the Council's unity.
