Ethan Herd felt his teeth ache a little. "If Mum finds out you're this shameless, do you think she'd still marry you?"
Anthony Davis laughed. "That's where you don't get it. If your Mother knew I'm being such a responsible stepfather, she'd only be even happier!"
"Tch, you're not one yet anyway."
Chatting with Ethan Herd always put Anthony Davis in an excellent mood. No matter what Ethan said, he felt this Child was pretty great. "Kid, that's where you're clueless. My stepfather identity has already been made public to the whole world, and you've admitted it too. As for the wedding, that's just a formality. Either way I'm already your stepfather, you've got no say in that. Good Son, let me hear you call me Dad."
Ethan Herd snorted. This shameless geezer—so all that effort he put in today performing in front of Outsiders was just to let everyone know he was Ethan's stepfather.
However, Ethan Herd didn't actually feel all that repulsed or disgusted by it.
