It also made me wonder if I should get my own place outside, not within the premises of the central region, and station my own base a bit further away from the region. It's okay to live with my family here in the Nobles district, but I would prefer to live near the commoners' City center.
It might suit my needs to have incognito meetings with whoever I want to schedule it with, not to mention have lascivious affairs at that place as well. Since I would be the master of my own place, so most of my issues would work out nicely. Hopefully, I can bring a few prostitutes over to my new place as well... that really kind of sounds interesting.
Of course, Sarah was standing next to me when I woke up. After an awkward morning greeting, I quickly relayed to Sarah what my mother told me last night and told her to accompany me to the brothel today. Although it didn't reduce the awkwardness by much, I did realize her importance to the situation.
After taking a quick shower and a light breakfast, Sarah helped me dress up in a luxurious set of clothes... which suspiciously happened to be a matching pair with Sarah's own attire... Or maybe I was thinking too much. Hence, pretty early in the morning, the two of us left Duke's Mansion behind as we quickly made our way to the City center.
On our way to the brothel, I kept staring out of the carriage window to try to catch more glimpses of the world outside. It was all very interesting to observe... however, in the end, my eyes kept following the beauties walking down the streets. The luscious thighs, the vibrant youth... those bouncy tits...
It was becoming very hard to contain the excitement within myself, while at the same time, I had to keep my act together to display a prim and properly elegant figure in front of Sarah. She, however, didn't seem to mind my actions that much, as she didn't speak a word and kept sitting quietly by herself right in front of me.
"Young Miss, your first official task today is to greet the Baron respectfully, after which they will showcase the beauties present in the Brothel. After choosing whichever one you would like to spend your night with, you can do your desired activity with the one that you like. And after all of that is done, the two of us could leave the establishment after paying a certain amount and can finally depart for the Mansion."
Seeing that Sarah had finally begun taking an interest in my affairs again and had decided to speak to me about the following protocols, I couldn't help but feel a lot better suddenly and decided to quickly reply to her as I spoke,
"Well, yeah. Dearest Mother told me last night all about what I must do, and I am pretty confident that I will be able to complete my share of responsibility properly. Don't worry at all, Sarah. I would certainly not blemish our family's reputation or tarnish it in any manner due to my own behavior. I have a good track record in my name so far, you know?"
As I started to feel more and more confident in myself and subconsciously began expecting some kind of praise from Sarah, the silent girl just kept a straight face and stared at me for a while like that, after which she slowly spoke,
"I expect nothing less of Young Miss."
An awkward silence continued to hang in the carriage, as I sighed in defeat and turned my head back towards the carriage window.
Well, so much for peaceful coexistence...

After renewing my hopes for getting a hot secretary for myself soon, at a point, I couldn't help but stare out of the window in a daze, when I suddenly noticed a huge crowd gathering near a small community square. And as I kept staring there, I just couldn't help but become more and more curious about it.
"Hey, Sarah. What do you think is going on over there? If you ask me... it looks like a mob beating someone up. Well... there also might be something very interesting too. What do you say? Should we try going there to see what's happening?"
As the words kept coming out of my mouth, my body was already in action mode. Catching my signal, the Carriage quickly came to a stop some distance away from the crowd, as I quickly walked down from the Carriage and began to stealthily approach the screaming mob.
Sarah followed behind me, and I couldn't help but be a bit surprised. There was a noticeable scowl on her face as she kept stealing glances at the crowd while trying to speak to me loudly,
'Young Miss! If we delay the matter at hand any further, the time that you might return would perhaps be delayed even further. If you really wish to see what is happening, then I am not someone who can tell you what to do. However, please exercise caution. There are all kinds of people mixed in the crowd. Just keep yourself safe... and you can choose what to do then... at your own discretion."
There was something really strange about her reply there. Her words started normal, but her tone kept becoming colder and colder towards the end of it. By the time we reached the crowd, her voice had become chillingly cold.
Despite that, though... it still felt like Sarah, so I could expect her to try to put up with my rowdy behavior. I am a Noble lady in this lifetime. It would be a shame if I weren't a bit impulsive too, right?
Enough of being a nice girl! Time to act like a little devil to my heart's content!!
No one around to observe me, or to criticize me! No one here cares if I slap someone or kick someone in the balls! It's so... liberating!!
My excitement quickly reached its peak as I could finally taste freedom after spending the last two years like a bird trapped in a cage. Being constantly worried about my identity being exposed or doing my best to behave like someone else... No more of that!
Time to be ME! Just Me!!
