Watching the man in a black woolen overcoat approach from not too far away, Tilly Flower shrunk involuntarily on the airport lounge bench, feeling a somewhat uncontrollable surge of tension.
The airport wasn't crowded, but there was no hiding from him.
She could only watch helplessly as the man cloaked in black came to stand expressionlessly in front of her.
His figure was tall and slender, his features handsome and refined. Despite the air of despondency he gave off, he still looked as if he had stepped out of a painting, and Tilly couldn't help but take a few extra glances at him, feeling somewhat proud to have slept with such a fine specimen.
Except now the specimen wore an unhappy expression, like someone who had been led on and then abandoned, which made her somewhat embarrassed.
Tilly wrapped her coat tighter around herself and put on an elegantly formulaic smile, greeting him warmly, "Ex-husband, are you catching a late flight just like me?"
