Marcus stood paralyzed as the orange glow from the monitors reflected in his eyes.

"is seeing how you a group of encrypted beings think you can escape. You were used as vessels! You were the soil I planted my seeds in! You should be on your knees thanking me for making you more than human!"
Edward didn't stop his march. He threw his empty sidearm to the floor he didn't need bullets for this he needed his bare hands.
"You didn't make us, Marcus," Edward said, his voice a low, vibrating growl.
