Miriana's POV,
I looked at the girl and asked her ," What is your name....I mean what are you doing here??"
That girl just looked at me blankly. Did she forgot her name???
" I....I.. my..name...name...tin...na..yeah my name is Tina."
"Are you sure?? " I asked her with a serious face. Why did it take her so long to say her own name?? Isn't that just too suspicious??? It felt like she doesn't know her own name.
That girl was taken aback. She took a deep breath and said, " I am sure about my name. My name is Tina. And the Duchess sent me here to serve you my lady. From now on I am your exclusive maid. And I can also be your friend. I can also be your spy. I will always stay loyal to you my lady. I would do everything.."
She looks serious. But let's not forget what happened with Alice. Not always serious looking girl's are serious. I have to keep an eye on her.
" Ok..ok..I understand. But right now you are on probation period. " I said while gesturing her to stop.
" Yes , my lady." , said Tina while saluting me.
"....."
Ok..she looks like she has the spirit to work with me. Hmmm....That's good. I like her.
I looked at the two more maids who were standing a little far away from Tina. I don't know why but I feel like this two maids aren't ordinary.
They introduced themselves. It turns out they are twin sisters. Older one's name is Agnes. And the younger one's name is Agnas. They are both brunette with sharp looking face. And they said they were sent by the duke.
" Do you know what happened to that mother daughter duo???" I asked Tina while getting up from bed.
" Ah...that..I heard the duke locked them up in the dungeon. " , replied Tina while fetching the basin and something along with it.
Then she helped me to wash my face and hands. Two more maids also came to help her.
"What do you call this thing ?" I asked Tina while pointing towards the jug type thing in Tina's hand.
"Uh...I.. this...is jug..I guess??" ,answered Tina with a question.
She also doesn't know. I also know this a jug. But what did they call this in medieval era. I looked at others and one of them loudly said," This is ewer , my lady."
Ewer ..... that's a word ...I think I heard it maybe when I saw a Shakespeare play in high school. That day, the school suddenly arranged a play for everyone to see. That's how I got to see a Shakespeare play that day.
"Lady Miriana, now it's time to...."
Those days were really hard. First Going to school which was 10 miles away. It's not like there wasn't any school nearby. Its just..only that school was giving me a huge amount of scholarship.
"What happened to lady ?? Why is she standing like a statue??"
After school breaks I would go to the part time job. Then I would go back to the orphanage. Finally with the orphanage director's nagging, my day would come to end. His nagging was all about how everyone was getting adopted except me.
"LADY MIRIANA, LADY MIRIANA. "
I looked at Tina. This girl sure knows what to do when I get lost in my thoughts.
Agnes seems to scolding her. I told them it's okay cause it's a daily occurrence for me to get lost in thoughts.
"Just don't be loud. Cause that way you are telling everyone that I got lost in thoughts. So be careful next time. " I ordered Tina with a smiling face.

Tina is helping me with my hairstyle. There are two more maids who are standing nearby. They wanted to help me with my dressing. Well I didn't really need help cause I don't know how but I could wear this dress on my own. But this dress is from the medieval era. So how did I..
" Miriana , you look so beautiful. "
I looked behind and saw it was Kiana. She was wearing a lavender coloured gown. Her dress was decorated with ruffles. The sleeves were not too long. She even matched a hat with this dress. She looks elegant and graceful just like the Duchess.
I am also wearing a same dress. But the only difference is that mine is sky blue colour.
Yeah...today is the outing. We are going to an art exhibition first. Then we will visit a bakery. After that we will come back to mansion. The schedule is something like that.
However there is one problem. And that is...
" Are you guys ready or not ?? If not then just forget about today's outing. You guys will go to the princess tea party tomorrow anyway.", said Kilian with a nonchalant attitude.
Yeah....he's going with me and Kiana. I really don't like this guy at all. But there's nothing I can do. After all it's his money that we are going to spend. And the Duchess ordered him to escort us.
It was decided at the breakfast time. Kiana didn't wanted to bring any knights with her cause she thinks that would attract too much attention. I also think the same. And I know how to fight so I don't think I will need any knights.
So in the end the Duchess suggested that Kilian can escort us. And the Duke agreed right away.
Just wait and watch Kilian. I will make sure to spend all his allowance today. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA*Evil Grin*
" It's done. " , said Tina with a excited voice. " How does it look , my lady?"
" It looks fantastic." I replied back to Tina with a smile.
I looked at my hair and I don't know but this hairstyle looked familiar. I guess I saw this hairstyle somewhere before. Where did...
" WHOA"
I looked behind and saw it was Kiana's maid who made that sound. I noticed everyone was looking at her.
Who knows what the maid thought for a moment and started to say,"Uh...please forgive me....I...just...never saw a hairstyle like this before. It's just so beautiful....The hairstyle really suits lady Miriana. I never saw a hairstyle like this before. "
" Yeah , it does suit her. She doesn't look evil at all with that hairstyle." , said Kilian while crossing his hands. Guess what?? This guy was also squinting his eyes towards me.
"..."
Okay...this time it wasn't just me who was speechless , everyone in the room was speechless except Kilian. He looked weird. Not just weird. It's outwardly weird.
"HEY KILIAN, YOU ARE GOING TOO FAR NOW." , shouted Kiana while walking towards Kilian.
"Hey....hey...you...are...the innocent FL..why .is..your behaviour like .this..??" ,said Kilian while backing off.
I got up and walked towards Kiana. I hold Kiana's hand and said with smile , "Big sister, let's not ruin our moods over this dimwit."
Kiana nodded at me. I looked at Kilian and he looked speechless.
" And what do you mean by innocent FL? Yesterday too you said something weird about writing some novel. " I asked Kilian while crossing my hands.
Kilian looked taken aback by my question. He hesitated before saying, "How did you...I never said that to you. I was talking in my mind at time. You...you can read mind?!"
Why is he getting so agitated?? Hmm..he must know something. I have to ask him about these things later when no one is around. I looked at Kiana and said," Let's go Big sister."
But I noticed Tina was making a weird face. But she smiled when she noticed me. I just smiled back.

I was looking outside of the carriage. The people, the market, the buildings, everything screams that this really is not modern era. Its definitely the medieval era.
I looked at Kiana and saw she was also looking outside. "Big sister." I called out Kiana. She looked at me with her innocent eyes. " Umm....where should one go to collect information???" I asked Kiana cause she will surely give me the good answer.
" Uhhh...about that I think the knights office would be a good place to collect information. The knights office is directly involved with the Royal court. So you can get any information you want there." Kiana said with a proud face. She really is the best.
I said to Kiana ," Big sister is the best ." I gave her a thumbs up and she gave me the most beautiful smile. Hehehehe....isn't she just too cute??
" What kind of information you want anyway? If want to know about any official information then you can go to the knights office." , said Kilian with a calm voice.
I looked at Kilian and asked," Does wanting to know about someone's past deeds counts as a official information?" Just give a simple answer. I just want a simple answer so ...
" Do you want to know about Miriana's past deeds?? That's strange. Why would you want to know about yourself from some other places?? When you can just ask someone by your side.",replied Kilian with two questions and an advice.
He didn't answered me but he still has the audacity to question me nonstop. And the way he's questioning me ....I feel like he also...
" If you really want to know about yourself so much then go to the '''Tiger Guild''' . It's a guild to hire mercenaries. But you can commission them to know about certain things. " , said Kilian while crossing his hands. He looked straight at me and grinned for some reason. Then He looked outside of the carriage.

Did he really just gave an answer ???How..
how did he?? But why do I feel like he's deliberately trying to send me to this guild??The place he recommended, is it really a reliable place??? But the knights office can't help me ...
" Miriana, you should say something to show your gratitude to Kilian. He gave you a good suggestion. That's what you taught me. " , said Kiana from the side.
I looked at Kiana and she looked angry. She was puffing in anger. Ahhhh....how can someone be so cute....??????
" Thank you for the suggestion, Kili..I mean Big brother.", I said to Kilian with a smile.
Kilian looked at me once and then he looked out side of the carriage again. Aish....this guy...
