"Long night?"
At the question, Atticus glared at Whisker.
"Why are you staring at me like that, my star actor?" He raised his arms with an amused smile. "I'm not the one who wrecked someone's heart."
"You were watching."
Whisker chuckled. "You're my main source of entertainment. I'm always watching."
Atticus released a deep sigh, allowing the matter to pass. They both hovered high in the sky, just above the ongoing party on the hill.
After spending a while being comforted by Anastasia, Atticus had excused himself to confront this snoop in the sky. He had noticed Whisker's presence since before he even met with Zoey.
"How did you even know I was going to talk to her?"
"Ah, please." Whisker waved his arms, "I can smell drama coming from a mile away. After your little stunt at the Willless World, I knew your love life would take a hit."
"What stunt?"
