Adam is pleasantly surprised by Xu Lin's words.
He didn't expect her to go out of her way to come to him and please him. She is naive and innocent, so Adam never expected she would be bold enough to come to him on her own volition.
Adam sits up and looks at Xu Lin as she has her maid dress on. Since she has none of her stuff moved in yet, it's the only clothing available to her right now.
She stands before him with her head down while fiddling with her fingers nervously.
Adam smiles. He greatly underestimated how much Xu Lin likes him. He hasn't even claimed her, but she is already showing signs of great devotion towards him. This was beyond his expectations, but he doesn't mind.
"Come close," he orders.
Pressing her lips together, she steps closer to Adam. Adam turns his body to face her as he puts his legs down.
Adam can see that Xu Lin is very tense, even though they have been intimate before; it must have taken her a lot of courage to come up here.
