Vadim yawned as he rubbed his eyes as the long day gave way to night.
"The mighty Shadow Knight yawns like a kitten," I teased him as we entered the training room.
He frowned at me. "Sorry, I've been busy taking care of the kids and training. Not all of us have the luxury of having caretakers."
I scoffed. "Your wife is the queen. She can have as many caretakers as she wants."
He shook his head. "She doesn't like to rely on them too much. She wants to be a good mother to her children. And I want to be a good father too."
I hummed. I could respect that. "Well, I don't depend on the caretakers either. Kira is an amazing mother."
"I know." He sat down on a chair and leaned back. "So, why did you call me here? I could be spending time with my family."
