Entering in the Castle would reveal more of such fake architect. Closer inspections allowed them to learn it started as mere clay, almost as if he was forging this land out of his own hands as a sculptor rather than a builder. A pondering thought wandered in the group's minds as to what Wyvios' magic may be, as the massive seal became absorbed into the group to re-energize them, allowing them to not need any sleep for the next day to keep their guard up. Even with such safe passings, they'd rather stay far away from this Kingdom. Solomon pulled over the Card Magician to evaluate what to do next. "So we're in agreement to not have them, right?" He'd ask quietly.
"Oh yeah, no. These guys are highly suspicious. I don't think they have any good intentions here..." Harvard murmured in response, as a sigh of relief came down on the Biblical Sorcerer.
"Thank you! You have SOME sense. So, what do we do from here? No doubt he's gonna want to catch a chance to be with Tsukiya or Koina here..."
"I can probably set up Curtain for both to hide them out of existence, but that would most likely make us be intruders without Tsukiya being part of our group, right? We may need to juggle her around a bit in being visible and invisible simultaneously."
"You don't have a Card or Monster that can just... do normal invisibility? You can't just make a card to SPECIFICALLY do that??"
"I can TRY. I don't know if it'd work, though." The quiet bickering between the two would be ceased once Zazel caught on and looked through the book given to him, seeing a Demon that can solve their debacle. Quickly forging the sigil, he'd plant it onto Tsukiya and let it blanket around her, a wisp flickering in and swirling around, wrapping her in such invisible cloth, her body hidden away.
The Sigil of Bael.
"...Nevermind, I don't have to worry about nerfing myself!" A smile was on the Magician's face, much to the annoyance of the Biblical Sorcerer, as the group settled and got lowered down to their quarters. "Sooooo... any chance why this looks weird?" Harvard asked.
"Hmm? Oh! The construction? Yes, I'll admit, it's a bit shoddy compared to most others, but having a Kingdom raised and forged by one's own hand, I believe it's more than serviceable. Only recent that I garnered proper supporters to make it more sturdy..." Wyvios recalled, smudging the walls to make it more straight, as he'd lead them to a mass of beds, a place of rest, right beside the Castle's entrance. "Should you wish to stay for longer, you're welcome to be at peace in my humble abode. Just ensure it's only here and here alone. We wouldn't want you getting lost in this land of ours!" The way he gave such words was unsettling, to say the least, but once he left, the group was able to huddle over and give some plans to prepare for the inevitable self-destruction.
"Okay, we're all in agreement he's nuts, right? Like... Above the standard of natural crazies we've seen?" Koina asked, to which everyone nodded accordingly. "Alright! Perfect! Glad we're on the same page. Second question, do ANY of us know what's going on with the big light bulb he shot out?"
"Said light burned me also, just a fair warning. I think it might've been something stronger than our sun if it was able to melt through the lil' stuff." Applin commented.
"Lil' stuff...?"
"It's like a gel type of thing! Mama said we have a natural weakness to sunlight way back before Magic was found. Thanks to it, one of our ancestors was able to produce a gel to prevent sunburns! It ended up being completely genetic after some time! Really lucky, too. I couldn't imagine not seeing anyone in the day without it."
"...That actually does raise some good questions. If it's supposed to be 'stronger than the sun', then shouldn't this whole kingdom be melted down? Hell, shouldn't the ENTIRE CIRCLE be melted down? I don't get it..."
"Maybe he's storing it somewhere safe!"
"Kid, be serious. He's NOT doing that."
"Well where else would he place it at, Einstein?!" Applin's temper flared as her idea got rejected, but Stolas was quick to snap his fingers and make his own Star, testing it on the little vampiress and the structure of the area. Sure enough, neither was harmed unless it was close by to them.
"Definitely not with these conditions, at least. Although, we did know about a temple being hidden under a whole house! Maybe it's something like that! A whole secret bunker thing that's strong enough to handle the heat and big enough to hold it."
"That makes even LESS sense!" Koina objects, blinking a bit at such words formed.
"You're trying to find sense in magic?"
"I'm trying to find sense on the SUN! How'd you figure something like that would work in the first place!?"
"I can pop Almagest right now and answer your question that way!"
"...I'd rather live, thanks."
"Not in a threatening way!!" Stolas was being just as heated, with the two children doing small schemes to try and mess with Koina later, of which the latter would groan and leave.
"I'm off to do some recon. If you want me to believe that theory, get some evidence for me on it. Try not to cause another scene like last time..." She'd knew very well that staying longer in the room would cause more problems, although the theory never left her head. It could be that it was secured somewhere deep down, but from the flash of light and how such heat reached through the outer edges before they even reached the Kingdom halfway, it felt illogical to assume something like that can be secured and well-guarded. She'd take her dagger and do a swipe up, creating a waterfall and freezing it to act as stairs to climb to the Kingdom's top. Espionage has so far done wonders for her before, here's hoping she can pull it off again and get more intel on what Wyvros is doing
