Kiyan stepped up to the wolf his arms over the other two he had been fully prepared to take the blow of the beam as he scooped up his sword from the deck the wind tousling his hair and belt as he raised his blade to the wolf. "Wait kiyan it saved our lives" Hiroshi stated moving to his side putting his hand on his shoulder. "It took hers though Hiroshi!" He snapped harshly. "We don't know that for all we know she could be hiding somewhere inside the ship the howls could have scared her to hide deeper in the ship." Hiroshi reasoned with kiyan giving him a trust me look. "Fine, then I'll search the whole ship if I have to, but the wolf dies if I don't find her." He then stomped off towards the cabins. Lily held her handout to the wolf attempting to lure it away from the dangerous debris rolling on deck. Hiroshi trails after kiyan to help him search for his sister. The wolf turns their head facing lily. They cautiously moved closer, lightly sniffing Lilly's hand. Lily guided the wolf downstairs and into the kitchens. the wolf followed her to the kitchen. as they enter the kitchen the wolf lightly tapped their noes on her shoulder with the look of curiosity.
Lilly looked back to the wolf "your probably hungry so I'm going to make you some food " Lilly states. The wolf lightly barks with their tall wagging. She smiles then begins to work on cooking. The wolf slowly followed Lilly watching with curiosity. Lilly stops for a moment thinking about what the wolf could like. The wolf softly moves through the room being careful not to knock anything over. The wolf pawed at the preserving box they let out a frustrated whined. Lilly looked to the wolf, "need a hand?" she asked. The wolf nodded to her question giving her an excited park. "ok, ok I'm coming to help you" she replies back. She walks over to the box and pulls out a plump pot roast then takes it by putting it in the cooking pot. The wolf bounces around excitedly causing Lilly to chuckle. Meanwhile kiyan and Hiroshi are looking through the ship. Kiyan moves his way through each of the rooms looking for vesper. His footsteps echo with heavy thuds while Hiroshi's where lightly tapping the floor keeping up with kiyan. "slow down rushing this will not make this easier." Hiroshi spoke to him. "I will not slow down that wolf did something to vesper I know it." He replied back with rage in his voice. "we don't know that we will only know if she is found, or the wolf has any evidence on it." Hiroshi retorts back. Kiyan paused thinking to himself he didn't recall seeing or smelling any blood but then again it was raining at the time. Right as the boys were about to argue again Lilly comes running in panting. The looked to her with concern "are you hurt?" Hiroshi asked her. Lilly shook her head no "you guys will wanna come see what I just discovered" Lilly replied back to them. Kiyan and Hiroshi share a concerning look then follow her back to the kitchen.
Lilly softly opens the kitchen door not to wake up the wolf. The boys walked into the room seeing the wolf curled up asleep. "what did you want to show us?" Kiyan asked in an annoyed tone. Lilly rolls her eyes at his impatience behavior "you need to work on your patience, or you might miss important details" she coached them to take the time and see the area without hindrances. The boys turned around to argue with her but stopped when she glared at them with some of her Deamon features showing how serious she is. The boys straighten up their postures upon seeing her form. A shuffle could be heard behind the boys "Lilly is it morning time already" a groggy voice spoke. Kiyan and Hiroshi's eyes widened hearing the voice they sharply turned around to see vesper slowly shifting back to her human form as the sun rises for the day. They look at her with their mouths hanging open in shock. Vesper sits up fully human now rubbing her face tiredly. "what's going on and why am I in the kitchen?" Vesper asked confused. "vesper dear, do you not remember anything last night?" Lilly asked cautious not sure how she will react while the boys are trying to understand. Vesper lets out a big yawn then stretched "I remember waking up and feeling a pull, I think leading me to the deck. Then a weird dream with the ship and you guys in it" vesper states as she tries to recall more info. Lilly walked between the boys stating to them "well we found were she went she is a werewolf somehow" They blinked a few times "how we all took turns watching her how could that be?" Kiyan asked in disbelief. "they only way that could happen is if she gets bitten by one" Hiroshi explains to Lilly. "the only times none of us were near her was when she got caught up in the massive storm" Hiroshi recalled one of the times she was alone. "that happened too long ago for it to be that one. Her angel and daemon side would have destroyed it" Kiyan stated in matter-of-fact tone. "then the only other time I could think of is when she went to get you when you took a bath in the river." Hiroshi spoke as the thought dawns on them that she could have gotten bit without her or them knowing.
"she did get into the water so any evidence of an attack would have been washed away." Kiyan spoke with sadness in his tone. while his dragon and daemon sides rumbled in anger in his chest. "this is my fault I should have followed her to make sure she didn't get hurt" Hiroshi states sorrowful. Lilly sighs behind them, "boys its neither of yours fault. Was their any signs of wolves in the area?" she inquired them. "not at camp it didn't have any prints and or other signs" Hiroshi replied to her. "I didn't see or smell any during that time" Kiyan replied as well. "and during that time bad weather was coming in so it could have been an accident" Lilly reasoned with them. The boys think in her words like it's a possibility. Kiyan makes his way over to Vesper. Luckly for them her clothes didn't get destroyed by her shifting in and out of her forms. "vesper do you remember running into a wolf by any chance on our travels?" Kiyan asked her to find out if it happened when they weren't with her. "not when I went to get you at the river. But I did in my dreams when we escaped from the restricted section of heaven." She replied looking at Kiyan with a confused reaction to his question. "how is that even possible? To become a creature with out being afflicted by a said creature." Hiroshi responds, sounding bewildered at vespers statement with his hand resting on his chin pondering. "LAND HO!" Lilly shouts from the deck alerting the trio to head up to help get Krieger docked into port.
