After confirming about Alec's safety he looked at the young girl and asked the important question which was on his mind, "Why did you save us?"
The young girl smiled and shrugged her shoulders and said,"Because you were lucky, I guess."
Ivan didn't bought that excuse and Crystal knew it so she decided to tell him the truth.
"That idiot was already getting on my nerves so I and my brother Deven planned to attack his den. But since I was bored, I came early and found you and that boy almost on the verge of death. So I decided to intervene that time. That's the reason you are here."
Ivan nodded in understanding. For the first time someone showed him kindness without expecting anything in return.
Crystal saw him in dilemma and decided to give him some space so that he could sought out his thoughts.
She walked towards the door ready to leave but she halted when she heard Ivan's request.
