Yang Lingyun moved simultaneously.
He closed distance with the nearest man in a straight line, slipping inside the arc of the rifle before it could track him properly. His elbow struck first—jaw impact—followed by a wrist lock that forced the weapon upward.
A sharp twist.
The gun dropped.
He caught it mid-fall and fired it, aiming towards the man. The man fell backward.
Another attacker rushed him from the side.
Yang Lingyun ducked under the swing, pivoted and drove a strike into the attacker's midsection. The man doubled over, and Yang Lingyun used the momentum to disarm him completely, pulling the weapon free in one smooth motion.
Now he had two guns in his hands and he fired them at the remaining attackers.
Across the corridor, Xia Lihua was already in motion again.
