"You are trespassing on private property!" the big, bearded man howled from the front.
Lawrence did not answer. He simply stared at the man with a penetrating gaze.
"Ha! You won't even answer us? You know the rules and dared to trespass within our sight?! Men, arrest this fool!" He drew his sword from his waistband and gestured for the other soldiers to seize Lawrence.
All ten of them wore steel armor covering their chests, shoulders, legs, and heads.
However…
Lawrence's lips curved slightly.
The armor did not cover their necks, the most vulnerable part of the human body.
As they approached, Lawrence grabbed one of the soldiers and pulled him forward, slashing his neck with a dagger. Blood gushed out as the soldier screamed.
"How dare you!" the bearded man roared. He was the first to charge, swinging his sword at Lawrence.
Lawrence sidestepped and grabbed the man by the collar. Without hesitation, he drove the dagger into the man's neck.
