This was due to the fact that this was the first boss killed in the entire game as well as the first time this specific boss was killed. All of this stacked together added to a massive pile of weapons, and armour. She randomly picked up an exquisite blue helmet, and examined it.

The skill books looked like regular books except that they had an intense aura radiating from it, and also had an extremely complex symbol on the front. They distributed the loot equally, and added skills to their repertoire.

Noticing the extra 20 attribute points, Alex put all of them into her speed increasing it to 380. At this point her speed could be said to be faster than even those a few dozen levels above her. Xi suggested that they go, and continue levelling up, and as such they went around the forest slaughtering the animals.
Alex tested out her new skills by backstabbing a boar. The damage increase was very significant, and it served as a great damaging skill whereas charge is more of a movement skill that just so happens to deal damage. Based on her stats and talents she had decided to go the path of an assassin. She decided to pursue this course after much thought, and consideration.

The two of them dove into the cave head first, slaying a bat very quickly, but whenever they killed a bat, another would take its place, and it seemed unending.
A large amount of bat corpses were piled on the ground, and after the last of the bats finally fall dead did the two dare to relax.
"Haaaaa, that was so many bats I'm exhausted, let's take a rest real quick." Xi lay down on the floor catching her breath when suddenly.
"Oh how wonderful, thank you so much for saving me. I was sealed in this cave by some bats, but now that you have cleared them I am finally free, I offer you my most sincere gratitude."
The two turned around to see a jovial white haired old man who was clearly an NPC.
"Oh right you can address me as Sam, I wonder what my saviours' name is?"
