As the [Crimson Flaming Boar] stared down at the two of them, Xi quickly formed a plan in her mind whilst Alex just went up, and swung her sword at the boss dealing a measly -1 damage. This was do to the minimum damage modifier that forced her damage to be 1.
Alex frowned before dashing towards the right of the boar before it could hit her, and swinging the sword straight into the underbelly of the boar.

It seemed that the underbelly of the boar was its weakness. Capitalising on this fact she ducked underneath its head that was swinging towards her before stabbing the underbelly once more. Xi woke up from her stupor, and joined the battle weaving around the boss. Their hits didn't do a significant amount of damage, but it was slowly being chipped down.

Understanding its attack pattern allowed the two of them to deal with the boss relatively easily as they slowly grinded the health of the boss down. The skill [Charge] essentially just caused the boss to suddenly charge at them, and the first time had caught them off guard, but they didn't sustain any injuries after that besides the damage from [Fire Skin] which they just used the healing potions from the starter kit to heal. Occasionally the boss would use [Destructive Stomp], and [Swing], but the duo easily ran out of range. Especially Alex, with her speed, she was simply a flash of light, and could run around anything. However problems started arising when the boss dropped to 50% health.
The boss suddenly glowed red as the skill [Unchained] made its presence known. The skill was a berserk skill that increased its strength substantially, and as such Alex, and Xi had to be more careful in not getting hit, otherwise they might turn into meat patties. However, as long as they ran out of range of its skills, and dodged the normal attacks they were perfectly fine.
At 10% health however, the boss activated [Reckless Berserk] which increased all of its attributes, and increased its combat standards slightly. This caused a couple of mistakes to be made due to Xi's agility attribute not being high enough to dodge. The boar used [Charge] on Alex only for her to move slightly to the right, causing the boar to just barely miss her, but her sword tip struck the boar as it moved causing a large gash to appear in its body.
A massive amount of strength gathered in the boar's legs as it raised them before stomping. The shock wave was massive nearly killing the duo, but Xi came in, and stabbed the boar causing its health to finally drop to zero.
A shower of loot appeared in its place along with an announcement.
