"Namyanna, what's wrong?" Ethan walked over, frowning.
This place wasn't at all what he'd expected. It wasn't some hellish nightmare like Inferno. Instead, it was a dazzling cave, glittering with tiny points of light.
Every stone was covered in glowing sea creatures—shells, starfish, little octopuses crawling around. From a distance, it actually looked... kind of cute.
"So, what exactly are we here to find?" Ethan asked instinctively.
Namyanna took a deep breath. "We're looking for the Gorgon's Eye. It's the only thing that can kill Klorvax and his followers."
Andona stepped up beside them. "I've heard the legends. A cursed artifact with unspeakable power. If it so much as looks at you—you turn to stone."
Ethan's eyes widened as it clicked.
So this "power" Namyanna had been talking about…
It was basically a massive crowd-control weapon.
