Namek was unlike Earth. Its sky held three suns rotating in turn, so night never truly came to this alien world.
Zeltron narrowed his eyes toward a towering mountain rising sharply into the sky. From a distance, the mountain resembled Earth's Karin Tower, but even more imposing and jagged.
Atop this mountain stood a building — the home of the Namekian Grand Elder.
As Zeltron and his companions neared Namek, the Grand Elder, who possessed formidable ki-sensing abilities, immediately detected several powerful auras approaching the planet.
"Elder Guru, what troubles you?" called Nail, the Grand Elder's loyal bodyguard — a Namekian who bore a strong resemblance to Piccolo.
"There are many enormous energies approaching Namek," the Grand Elder said, eyes closed in concentration.
"One of them is exceptionally large."
The word struck Nail's heart with unease. Normally, the Grand Elder would never describe such an arrival simply as "large." Recently, when he had sensed the Ginyu Force and others coming, he had cautiously called them "great evil." Now, to say "exceptionally large" meant something even more formidable was arriving.
According to Nail's judgment, this new arrival surpassed even the Ginyu Force in power.
"Elder, is this enemy truly evil?" Nail asked worriedly.
The Grand Elder opened his eyes slowly. "It is both righteous and evil," he replied solemnly.
Nail sighed in relief and silently prayed these newcomers would not harm the Namekian people.
The immense aura the Grand Elder sensed was none other than Zeltron's.
Unlike the Z Warriors, Zeltron did not openly release or flare his ki. Still, the terrifying weight of his power—now over 43 million—shrouded Namek's skies like a dark shadow.
To the Grand Elder, Zeltron's presence eclipsed even that of Frieza.
At this time, Frieza had yet to transform, and his power hovered around merely 530,000.
Suddenly, the detector held by Jeice—a member of the Ginyu Force swiftly moving with the seven Dragon Balls—reacted with an alarm.
"High energy detected!" Jeice exclaimed, glancing at the device as it beeped furiously.
The readings soared: 10,000... 100,000... over 180,000...
When the level hit 180,000, Jeice's latest detector overloaded and exploded.
Jeice froze midair, heart pounding like a stormy sea.
"A power level exceeding 180,000? Impossible! Aside from Lord Frieza himself, who else in the universe could possess such strength?"
Unable to accept it, Jeice questioned whether the detector was broken.
But Burter assured him confidently that everything was functioning perfectly. Not long ago, they had used the same detector to track down Vegeta and steal the Dragon Balls.
Suddenly, Ginyu burst into maniacal laughter, his face contorted with wild excitement—if any bystander saw him, they would think he'd lost his mind.
Yet Ginyu was not insane; he was thrilled. He possessed a unique ability: body swapping.
Now, his mind raced with possibilities. If he could exchange bodies with this man boasting over 180,000 in power, he could greatly improve his service to Lord Frieza.
"Wait! Your body will soon belong to me!" Ginyu shouted skyward as he streaked forward, cackling wildly.
Now that Jeice's detector was destroyed, Ginyu could not sense Zeltron's presence as clearly as the Z Warriors could. For the moment, they would have to rely on Frieza's ship's intelligence division to locate this immense power.
Just as Ginyu pursued, Zeltron and Rapp's landing gear slammed onto Namek's surface.
"Master Zeltron, what are your orders next?" Rapp asked as he stepped from the gear.
Zeltron did not respond immediately; instead, he began calibrating his detector carefully.
Moments later, numerous powerful energy readings appeared on his screen—clear signs the Ginyu Force had arrived.
"Could the Ginyu Force be here?" Zeltron wondered aloud. At first, he wasn't certain.
After all, Frieza's ship detectors had been destroyed by the Namekians, leading Frieza to send the Ginyu Force for reinforcement.
But after several readings, with power levels in the tens of thousands, Zeltron confirmed their arrival.
At that moment, his heart tightened. He hastened to pinpoint the Ginyu Force's locations.
His primary mission on Namek was to neutralize Guldo, the Ginyu Force member with the ability to suspend time — a menace Zeltron had to stop quickly.
If Guldo had already been killed by Vegeta within seconds, then things might get complicated indeed.
