*24 years ago before the main plot started*
On the congested streets of Loguetown, a four-year-old child can be seen running. Her long, wavy, silky pink hair, which is the same color as sakura flowers that flows in the wind, along with her snow-white skin, which shimmers in the sunlight and her blood-red lips and cheeks, have all attracted attention anytime she goes. However, what really grabs people's attention are her large, sparkling pink eyes.
'What a stunning woman she will be.' are the people's thought.
(A/N: I'll be using the girl in the manhwa called "The Siren: Becoming the Villain's Family" as a reference for our MC's appearance.)
She hurried to the platform where it all began and end, Loguetown. On his knees, a legendary figure ignites the start of "The Great Pirate Era" with his renowned last words while smiling in the face of death.
"you want my treasure, you can have it I left everything I gathered together in one place. Now you'll just have to find it!."
Everything felt surreal, seeing it live and viewing it on screen made a big difference.
But what hurts the most was not witnessing "The Great Pirate Age" that awakened the human's greed and selfishness, but by watching on the sidelines along with the hundreds or more people, she was both hopeless and powerless to see her own father's death execution on front.
As people cheered happily and moved on, she on the other hand was crying her heart out in pain.
Tears fell with sorrow, heart throbbing in pain, sobs left her pretty mouth as she locked eyes with her beloved father.
'Papa' she whispered softly.
The man, her father, Gol D. Roger, heard her sweet still small voice and saw his sweet baby girl, his princess, his pride and joy, his greatest treasure of all time standing down there amongst the crowd crying her eye out, her figure felt so lonely. That thought alone saddens him the most for leaving her behind.
He felt guilty, he wanted to hug her even if it is just for one last time, he wanted to tell her stories, he wanted to protect her, he wanted to see her smile and listen to her cute adorable laugh, he wanted to see her sleep on his arms as he caress her chubby cheeks, he wanted to witness her grow up, he wanted to spend more time with his princess, he wanted to see his daughter happy, he wanted to make more memories with her, he wanted to be there for her, always and forever until forever's no more. So many things to do and yet so little time left to spend. He was guilty. Guilty of hurting her and leaving her behind in this cruel world where they will surely hunt her down for his sins once they got wind to know that she was his, his precious child.
"Princess forgive me for leaving you behind, but know that I'll always be there for you in your heart." he thought.
'I love you.' as he closed his eyes and mouthed his very last word to his beloved daughter until a sword pierced his heart and breathe his final breath with a smiling face, but if you looked closely one can find a hint of sadness on his lips. Only those with discerning eyes could tell what he felt at that moment. He was bittersweet.

She left the platform to find a secluded place only to feel a hand grab her as she felt her face hit a hard chest when she looked up to see a familiar teenage boy with red hair with a face full of snots and tears just like her was hugging her so tight and secure, and patting her head gently while whispering her sweet comforts ever so softly.
'Hnn...Shanks! He-he's gone... papa's gone!! Waaahh!' she cried and bawled herself on her big brother's strong warm arms.
'Shhh... it's alright, I know baby sis I know, I'm here just cry it all out don't hold it in, just let it go. You're not alone. I'm still here sweetheart. We're gonna be just fine. It hurts but eventually everything's gonna be just fine.' Shanks was sad by losing his Captain who has always been a father figure to him but despite his own pain he felt more sad and hurt seeing his baby sister crying in agony and shaking so weakly on his arms. His baby sister was hurt more than he was. He felt so helpless and weak. All he could do was give her comfort. If he could he would do anything to take her pain away, he would gladly sacrifice himself just to make her happy.
