As usual, Philippa left for work at the council building, but it was not without giving specific instruction to her coachman whom she had left behind that day, and she intentionally travelled in a public carriage.
Stepping out of the carriage, her head steered from side to side as she assessed her environment. 'Everything seems fairly quiet today.' She noticed and proceeded to walk over to the council building ahead.
"Councilwoman Philippa, a lovely morning. Fancy seeing you this early again," greeted the man who passed by her.
She nodded and offered him a polite smile. "You too, Baron." She had already begun to leave when he stopped her again, and she froze.
"Did you get another assignment from the council?" Baron asked curiously; he didn't seem suspicious, but the councilwoman wanted to be careful...she couldn't take any risks.
Philippa faced him slowly. "No." She replied. "Have you seen Councilman Louis enter today?"
